"I think you know what time it is!" Noah smiled, a familiar sheet of paper in front of her.

"Of course." I smiled back, taking a sip of the glass of water in front of me. It's a Wednesday night, and we decided to get some pizza at our favorite diner, Sacco's. It's been a while since the Cabin Trip. It's now almost already the middle of October.

"Hmm..." Noah pursed her lips, scanning her hazel eyes down the page.

Noah perked up and she pointed at the fourth item on the agenda. "Ou, the Halloween party! Duh! I almost forgot about that one!"

I nodded, "That's right. It's already going to be Halloween in two weeks."

"We have to get planning." Noah flipped through her notebook and started writing on a blank page. At the top of it she wrote it messy cursive letters 'HALLOWEEN PARTY' with a silly drawing of a pumpkin. I laughed at her but then quickly stopped as she said her next words.

"So, we'll host it at your house. I'm thinking we decorate with lights, mostly. We can head to the store to get other things like fake spiders, and--"

"Wait, wait. My house? Why?"

"Um, hello. My parents would never let me host a huge rager like that." Noah insisted. "They're pretty chill, but they hate having to get cleaners and surely we'll need to get a lot of them after the party is over. The house will be a mess, and they'd kill me if any of their furniture got ruined."

I sighed, "Okay, yeah. That makes sense. But I really don't think my mom would be cool with me having a party either. For pretty much the same reasons."

"I know, but you can convince her! Katherine is pretty persuasive!" Noah urged me, and I shook my head with a bit of refusal. "I mean, I can try and ask her, but I doubt--"

My sentence got cut off by the sound of the small bell chiming from the entrance to the restaurant, indicating that somebody had just walked in. We both looked up, seeing familiar guys walk through. Instantly Noah called them over, and I smiled at them as well.

"Guys! Come join us!" She waved them down, and Aidan and Austin happily walked over to our booth. Austin sat next to me, as Aidan sat next to Noah on the cushiony seats. "What are ya'll doin here?" She asked the brothers.

"Practice ran super late tonight." Austin said in response. "I was just really craving pizza. Which I'm technically not supposed to eat during the season since it's unhealthy, but... You know, what Coach doesn't know won't hurt him."
