A/N: Before anyone asks, yes, there are actually Bible fanfictions. Just look it up and you'll. They even have Bible fanfictions that crossover with others.

Mary had lived a long and faithful life, following her Son Jesus in everything. She had witnessed his miracles, his passion, his death, and his resurrection. She had stayed with the apostles in Jerusalem, praying with them and encouraging them. She had seen the Holy Spirit descend upon them at Pentecost, and the birth of the Church.

Now, as she felt her earthly life coming to an end, she longed to be with her Son again in heaven. She knew he had prepared a place for her, as he had promised. She trusted in his word and his love.

One day, as she was praying in the upper room where she lived with John, the beloved disciple, she heard a voice calling her name. It was the voice of Jesus, her Son and her Lord.

"Mother, it is time. Come, follow me."

She looked up and saw him standing before her, radiant and glorious. He stretched out his hand to her, and she took it without hesitation. She felt a surge of joy and peace as he lifted her up from the ground.

"Son, I have missed you so much," she said.

"And I you, Mother. But now we will never be parted again."

He led her through the air, past the clouds and the stars, towards the heavenly realm. She saw angels and saints welcoming them with songs of praise. She saw the Father and the Holy Spirit waiting for them with open arms.

As they approached the throne of God, Jesus said to his Father:

"Behold, Father, I have brought you the woman who gave me flesh and blood, who nursed me and raised me, who followed me and suffered with me, who loved me and obeyed me. She is the most perfect creature you have ever made, the masterpiece of your grace. She is the new Eve, the mother of all the living. She is my mother and your daughter."

The Father smiled and said:

"Welcome, my beloved daughter. You are blessed among women and among all creatures. You have found favor with me and with my Son. You have done all that I asked of you. You have cooperated with my plan of salvation. You have been faithful to the end."

Then he turned to Jesus and said:

"Son, you have done well. You have redeemed the world by your death and resurrection. You have fulfilled the law and the prophets. You have established your kingdom on earth and in heaven. You have honored your mother as I commanded you."

Then he turned to the Holy Spirit and said:

"Spirit of love, you have been at work in this woman from the moment of her conception. You have preserved her from all stain of sin. You have overshadowed her at the annunciation. You have filled her with your gifts and fruits. You have made her a temple of your glory."

Then he turned to Mary again and said:

"Mary, you are full of grace. The Lord is with you. You are my daughter, my spouse, and my friend. You are the queen of heaven and earth. You are the mother of God and of his people."

Then he took a crown of twelve stars from his hand and placed it on her head.

"Receive this crown as a sign of your dignity and authority. Reign with your Son over all creation. Intercede for your children before our throne. Be their advocate and their refuge."

Mary bowed her head in humility and gratitude.

"Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, I praise you and thank you for all that you have done for me and for all your children. I accept this crown as a gift of your love and mercy. I will reign with my Son according to your will. I will intercede for my children with all my heart. I will be their mother forever."
