Lila was a humble and respectful Christian who lived in a small town in northern Minnesota. She loved God and her neighbors, and always tried to be kind and helpful to everyone. She also respected other cultures and religions, and was curious to learn more about them.

One day, as winter was setting in and snow was falling heavily, she decided to visit the local library and borrow some books on Native American folklore. She had always been fascinated by the stories and legends of the indigenous people who lived in the land before the Europeans came. She thought it would be a good way to pass the time and expand her knowledge.

She browsed through the shelves and picked up a few books that caught her eye. One of them was titled "The Wendigo: A Study of the Evil Spirit of the North". She had never heard of the wendigo before, but the cover showed a frightening image of a skeletal creature with antlers and glowing eyes. She felt a chill run down her spine, but also a spark of curiosity. She decided to take the book home and read it.

She got back to her cozy cabin and made herself a cup of hot chocolate. She sat down on her couch and opened the book. She began to read about the wendigo, and how it was a malevolent spirit that could possess humans and make them crave human flesh. It could also appear as a monstrous beast that stalked and ate people in the cold and snowy regions of Canada and the northern United States. She read about how some legends said the wendigo was very thin and pale, with yellow teeth and claws, and a heart of ice. Others said it was a huge creature that grew bigger the more it ate, and had horns or antlers like a deer. It had a terrible smell of decay and could sense its prey from far away. It was very hard to kill, and only a shaman with a silver or iron weapon could destroy its heart and free its spirit.

She also read about how the wendigo was not just a physical monster, but also a symbol of greed, hunger, and destruction. Some people believed that the wendigo curse could affect anyone who committed cannibalism or harmed the environment. The wendigo represented the fear of losing one's humanity and becoming a savage predator.

Lila felt a wave of horror wash over her as she read these stories. She couldn't believe that such an evil creature existed, or that anyone could become one. She wondered if these stories were true, or if they were just myths to scare people away from doing bad things. She wondered if God knew about the wendigo, or if He had any power over it. She wondered if there were any wendigos around her town, or if they were only in remote areas.

She closed the book and put it aside. She felt too scared to continue reading. She looked out the window and saw that it was getting dark outside. The snow was still falling, covering everything in white. She felt isolated and vulnerable in her cabin. She wished she had someone to talk to, someone to comfort her.

She decided to pray to God and ask Him about the wendigo. She knelt down by her bed and clasped her hands together.

"Dear God," she began, "I hope you are listening to me right now. I need your help and guidance. I just read about this terrible creature called the wendigo, and I'm very afraid. Is it real? Did it exist as an evil spirit of its own kind or did some fallen angels, inspired by Beelzebub, pose as the wendigos and carefully choose their victims and kill & eat human flesh? If the thunderbird spirits are real, can they stop the wendigos? Please tell me what is true about this creature, and what I should do if I ever encounter one."

She waited for an answer, hoping to hear God's voice in her mind or heart. But there was only silence.

She felt disappointed and frustrated. Why wasn't God answering her? Did He not care about her? Did He not know about the wendigo? Was He too busy with other things?

She started to cry softly, feeling alone and helpless.

Suddenly, she heard a knock on her door.

She jumped up from her bed, startled by the sound.
