Natalia was sitting in the common room, reading a book when Blaise threw something on her lap. She looked up at him, "Parcel, just got through Umbridge's inspections."

She nodded and closed her book to open it. She undid the strings and the paper wrappings to find an easter egg from Mrs. Weasley. "Oh did you see the notice on the board?" She asked him and he turned around to look at it.

CAREER ADVICE

All fifth years will be required to attend a short meeting

with their Head of House during the first week of the Sum-

mer term, in which they will be given the opportunity to

discuss their future careers. Times of individual appointments are listed below.

He nodded and turned back around, "Yeah, they do that every year before OWL exams to discuss what we should try our best on and what NEWT classes we should try and take next year."

"What career do you want?" Natalia asked him.

He stopped to think, "probably something in the ministry. I was thinking about the Muggle concealment program, to make sure we stay in hiding."

Natalia nodded, "that sounds nice.

"What about you?"

"Uh, nothing," she shrugged with a laugh. "I don't plan on being around that long." Blaise's eyes widened.

"Nat– don't do something you'll regret, I beg you."

"Oh, too late for that, I do so many things, but no, I'm planning on going back to America," she explained and he sighed in relief, making her laugh at him.

He narrowed his eyes at her, "you really need to use better words."

A few days later, it came time for her appointment and she met Snape in his office along with Umbridge.

"Professors," she acknowledged before sitting down.

"Well, di Angelo, as you should know, this meeting is to talk over any career ideas you might have, and to help you decide which subjects you should continue into sixth and seventh years," said Snape drawled out. "Have you had any thoughts about what you would like to do after you leave Hogwarts?"

"No," She shook her head.

"Nothing?" Snape asked, raising an eyebrow. Most students had at least thought over their future once.

"Nope," Natalia answered.

"Auror, healer, ministry worker?" He named off on his list.

"How about Auror?" asked Umbridge sweetly. "We could always use a few more like you who can apprehend even some of the most powerful criminals."

Natalia nodded, "I guess that could be fun."

Snape looked at her, "anything you like or would be interested in, Miss Di Angelo?"

"I guess, being a foreign communicator sounds fun, like being a representative or ambassador?" She suggested. It was kind of like her job in New Rome. She was an ambassador of Pluto and went to meetings for her father about people trying to avoid death, ghosts, or other things that he himself didn't want to deal with.

"Well, you would need an O in muggle studies," Umbridge reads off. "And you don't take muggle studies."

Natalia shrugged, "Doesn't mean I can't take the test, right?" She asked, looking at her head of house who looked somewhat pleased.
