This summer didn't feel like a summer. It felt like boot camp to go to war. Like she was training to be sent off to World War 2. The memories still haunted her.

She remembered families crying for days when their children got their orders. She remembered seeing them leave in huge groups, each one heading for the train station with a small suitcase and their order listings.

She watched as dozens of kids were sent off on huge boats without their parents because they couldn't afford it, but they wanted their kids to be safe. That was the earliest time she could remember her father. He was fighting with their mother on what was safest for them and eventually, their father left.

Natalia couldn't quite remember why they went to America or when they did, but they settled in a hotel and that same night, they had a stroke of misfortune– lighting came crashing down on their hotel.

Her mother, her sister, and her brother all died, but for some reason she was protected. She ran out of the burning hotel by herself, not even realizing her family was dead.

It wasn't until her father's lawyer came to collect her that she knew they were dead. He took her to a weird place where he told her she would forget any of this happened. And she didn't– for a while, she doesn't remember when she got her memory back, but she did.

The lawyer took her to this really big casino and gave her a card and said she could do anything and everything she wanted and he would be back for her soon. Soon wasn't soon enough and when she finally left, it wasn't the 1940s anymore.

From there her life was a blur, but she went to a camp before finding family back in England. She traveled over and joined the order of the phoenix, she didn't know why, she was just told to.

She made friends, saved Sirius, but lost her memories of after the casino. She finally moved in with her family and switched to the side she should've been on the entire time.

Natalia Di Angleo was a Death Eater and was going to do anything to win this war.
