Stress is the emotional problem that bothers me very often, and it's normal but being a graduating senior high school student plus the self pressure gives me so much stress most of the time, lalo na kapag maraming sunod-sunod na school works or school requirements na need gawin at i-submit.

What do you think is the significance of learning MIL for an ABM student?

media and information literacy provides the backbone to understanding media and the role of media in our society. MIL also provides some of the essential skills necessary for critical thinking, analysis, self expression and creativity. one of the dimension of MIL is ICT or digital literacy. and digital literacy helps us as a abm student to deals with the use of different technologies such as smart phones, telephone, computer, and other devices to locate, save, communicate, and inform.

MIL allows us to sharpen our critical thinking skills, to be creative, and innovative by giving us ideas of using media as a communication tool to give information or access information. Halimbawa as a student, pwede tayong mag advance study by searching on the internet or watch video lesson on youtube.

Developing our computer skills through using software applications such as excel, PowerPoint, and word in doing our school works.
