When your family especially your parents supports you and they are always there for you, then it is love because that's the basis most of us might be experiencing, that if our family or friends doesn't do that, they do not love us or they care less about us or we don't deserve to be love. But love is love, not all people can convey their love to someone. It doesn't mean that if our family or friends cannot support us all the time, they do not love us at all. Perhaps, all of us believed and agreed that love is loving your self or self-love is love. It is true because to love others, you must first love yourself. Self-love is crucial since it inspires a lot of our constructive activity and discourages our destructive behavior. It gives us the ability to say "no" to things that don't work for us as well as to take risks. It's essential to cultivating self-compassion. Self-love motivates us to look after ourselves, manage our stress, and pursue our goals.
