Career Choice:
Plan A: Go to college and take a BSA course so that I can become accountant in the future.
Plan B: Go to college and take a Secondary Education course so that I can become teacher in the future.
Plan C: Find a work and save money.

Goal motivators:
My family. My friends and classmates. My idols EXO, Bibi, and Mina. My senior high school teachers.

Hindrances: Lack money, lack of support, my weaknesses, and hard challenges and life problems.

1.Based on the activity, do you think you made the right career decisions? How so?
Yes, I think I made the right decision to go to college and pursue my chosen career path which is to become successful accountant.

2.What did you realize from this activity? What are the hindrances that you identified? Can you overcome these through your goal motivators? in what way?
I realized that just thinking of pursuing my dream career - it will so hard but I know that hardship and challenges are part of the process in pursuing my goals in life. Lack of support and being financially unstable are the hindrances that I identified once I will start to pursue my chosen career. But I will find ways to overcome those hindrances so that I can successfully achieve my goals because one of the things that motivates me in keep going is to be able to return all the sacrifices of my parents and help my family.

3.Based on the discussion on the current trends and demands, is your career choice aligned to what is needed in your region? What do you think is the effect of aligning your career to the local and global needs to nation-building?
Aligning one's career to the local and global needs can have a significant impact on nation-building. It can contribute to the economic growth of the country, create employment opportunities, and address societal challenges. For instance, if my region has a high demand for healthcare professionals, pursuing a career in the healthcare industry can help address the shortage of healthcare workers and improve the region's overall health outcomes.
