1. How did you find yourself in the chosen career in relation to the expected duties and
responsibilities?

In terms of expected duties and responsibilities, I may have a clear understanding of what my dream future job entails based on job descriptions, industry standards, or previous news about it. I know that I may also have to adapt to new challenges and responsibilities as advance in this kind of career.

2. Being aware of your chosen career, name at least three you consider your work principles.

Honesty, integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and dedication. These principles may guide how someone approaches their work, interacts with colleagues and clients, and handles ethical dilemmas or conflicts.

3. What/who do you think motivates you to pursue your career goal? Can you explain how?

My family, personal fulfillment, financial stability, professional growth, or a desire to make a positive impact on society are the things that motivates me. Also, I want to help and provide service to others, and my desire to have a stable job and income for my future and my family.

Objective: Untangle the Knot

Lessons: Responsibility, Accountability, Coordination, Sensitivity, Communication Skills, Critical Thinking; Solve Problems; Solve different kinds of non-familiar problems in Both conventional and innovative ways; Contextual Learning; Flexibility; Understand, negotiate and balance diverse views and beliefs to reach workable solutions (conflict management), particularly in multi-cultural environments

I can infer that the participants learned important lessons such as responsibility, accountability, coordination, sensitivity, communication skills, critical thinking, and conflict management, which are essential skills in any profession.

2.What was your strategy behind that you were are to untangled the knot?
Participants may have used strategies such as communication, coordination, and critical thinking to untangle the knot.

3.What difficulty have you encountered while your group was untying that human knot?
Participants in the group may have encountered difficulties such as lack of communication, conflicting ideas, and physical constraints while untying the human knot.

4.How were you able to cope with the difficulties in the process?
The group may have coped with the difficulties by communicating effectively, listening to each other's ideas, and being flexible in their approach to solving the problem.

5.How will you relate this activity with your real life challenges?
Participants can relate this activity to real-life challenges by applying the skills they learned, such as communication, coordination, critical thinking, and conflict management, to solve problems in their personal and professional lives. They can also learn to be sensitive to different perspectives and negotiate and balance diverse views and beliefs to reach workable solutions.
