Grace almost fainted when she woke up next to Spider-Man. And she wasn't just next to him. His arms were wrapped around her, and she was nuzzled close to him. Unfortunately, he was still masked, but he was also wearing the sweats Grace had lended him.

"Um... Spider-Man," she whispered.

His head lifted, seeing the positon that they were in. "Gracie, I'm so sorry. I must have been so tired. You shouldn't of let me stay."

Grace didn't know what she was doing. Just days ago, she didn't want to feel for anyone other than Peter, but now she was blushing at the touch of a certain masked hero. They still hadn't exited their sleeping positon.

"No, it's ok. I-I'm really glad you stayed."

The hero let her out of his arms. "Me too."

Grace suddenly spotted her alarm clock. She should of left for school by now. She was going to be so lately. She silently cursed to herself. Spider-Man turned to see what she was looking at. He seemed just as horrified at the time.

"I've got to go! Thank you, Gracie!"

He got out of there quick. Grace wondered if he went to the same school as her. Why else would he be in such a rush?

She remembered that she also had to get ready. In a panic, she threw on sweats aswell. Her hair was also a bit messy, but it didn't matter. Grace needed to get to school right now.

She finally arived, going through her first few classes half-asleep. Grace was so tired. She was up helping Spider-Man for a while. But she knew that it was worth it. Her time spent with him was honestly amazing.

It was her next class, the one she sat next to Mj in. "Hey, Mj," Grace greeted as the curly-haired girl next to her sat down.

Mj looked at her for only a few seconds. She gave Grace a dirty look, and just shook her head. Grace was confused. Her and Mj had just started to become friends recently, what had changed? Why did Mj suddenly look like she wanted to kill Grace?

The hostility continued the whole class. Grace would try to make conversation with Mj, but Mj would just appear irritated.

As soon as her class ended, Grace chased after Mj. She knew she would see the girl at lunch, but this seemed like something that needed to be settled just between them. The school hallways weren't exactly a private place, but it was better than fighting at the lunch table in front of everyone, especially Peter.

"Mj!" the brunette shouted.

Mj whipped her head around in annoyance. "What do you want?"

She couldn't of been paying much attention, because Grace could see the Airpods in her ears.

"Why are you so mad at me?"

Mj gave her a sarcastic laugh. Mj had always jokingly "bullied" people, or gave sarcastic remarks, but she was never this mean to her friends. She always acted like she didn't need anyone, but it was usually visible that she enjoyed her friends' company.

"Your crush on Peter has gone too far."

Grace felt anger rise in her. Mj didn't even know for sure that she liked Peter (which she did). Grace knew that for a fact because she had only ever told Betty, and Betty would never tell any of her secrets.

"What crush on Peter?"

"It's really obvious, you know. While I was dating him you were all over him."

Maybe that was true. But Grace had liked him a lot longer than Mj did. And her and Peter were still friends at the end of the line.

"While? Aren't you two still dating?"

Mj's face dropped. "No. Not since this morning. He broke up with me and said he had feelings for someone else. I can only guess that it's you."

"You have no idea who Peter likes? So why are you mad at me?"

"I would even bet that you asked him to break up with me." She sarcastically grinned, looking around the hallways. "Because you're crazy for him, and everybody in Midtown High knows that you love Peter Parker!" she said, yelling it loud enough for everyone around to hear.

Grace gasped, knowing that Mj may have just convinced your whole grade of your crush on Peter.

"Piss off, Michelle!" Grace yelled, storming away and deathly glaring at her.

But what she didn't know was that Peter was in that hallway listening and watching too.
