The Uniform Subsidy. Students sumbit 'quirk registry' and bodily specification forms before starting school. Then a support company affiliated with the school prepares costumes for everyone. What an awesome system!
"I gotta go get a quirk registry form from city hall... but I've already been registered as quirkless... what do I do?"

"Eh..? I sense affection between those two.." Y/n said as she looked at the two students.
"Sensei! This appears to be the same field used in the entrance exam. Will we once again be performing cityscape maneuvers?!" Ida said slightly sticking his right hand straight.
"All Might, permission to explain?" Y/n said as she looked at All Might with a blank face.
"Go ahead!"
"You will be doing an Indoor Anti-Personnel battle training, dear. Although villain battles are most commonly seen outdoors, statistically, the most heinous villains are more likely to appear indoors. In this Hero-filled society of ours, the cleverest villains seems to appear more indoors, which is why you students will be split into villains or heroes and face off two-on-two indoor."
"So no basic training?" A frog-like girl said.
"Practical experiences teaches you the basics!" All Might clenched his fist in excitement.
"What determines victory?" A girl with a black hair in a ponytail questions.
"Can I just blast everyone away?" Bakugo asked as his head layed low(prolly plotting arson)
"A- are you threatening to expel someone? Like Aizawa Sensei did?" Uraraka worries.
"How do we proceed to divide ourselves into teams?" Ida asked as he raises one of his arms straightly.
"How fabulous is my cape?" A shiny armored looking French guy said.
"Ummm.. Y/n? Help?"
"Of course, it is my pleasure, Momo, the determination of the victory will be how each teams react, whether or not if they work together, Bakugo, although that might be needed in the future you mustn't risk getting someone harm today, as that would cause yourself trouble, Uraraka, no, All Might isn't Aizawa, Ida, you'll find out after this talk, and lastly Aoyama, that's quite a lovely cape you have. Now please remain quiet as time is a delicate resource." Y/n concluded as the students were looking at Y/n in adoration while Yushiro was beyond tired as he was leaning on Y/n's shoulder, almost.

This is practical experience and Y/n and Yushiro is here! So go all out. Don't hold back! Though I will stop you if you take things too far.."
"This will be a sight to see, don't you think Lady Y/n?"
"Yes, this surely would be a sight to see, after all... Bakugo seems to have something that's weighing him down... perhaps because of Midoriya?" Yushiro looked at Y/n in adoration as he for once mever sensed anything from that hot head.

Hello! I have nothing much to say really but I am glad you guys are enjoying this so far, I have two books on draft right now, one of them being lies and cried, although I might scratch that out and do another one that I've been thinking about.
