Jamie laid his head down in my lap and looked at me. "Y/N, are you sure Trevor knows where our house is?? He told me he'd be there in a few minutes, but it's been like ten already!" He nagged.
"Be patient, JJ..." I said and pat him on the head. "And of course he knows where we live, you literally told him."
My boyfriend turned around and buried his head in my lap. "Okay...."
"Good boy." I said and ran my hands through his hair.

Jamie and I sat down on the couch while waiting for Trevor to arrive. He gave me a kiss and smiled, thinking about this evening. "So, Y/N, what do you want to do while he's here?" He asked.
"I don't know, maybe we can—" I said and got cut off by the sound of knocking at the door. He jumped off the couch and answered it.
"Ayyy, what up bro?" Jamie said and gave Trevor a high five.
"Nothin' much, homie—you?" His friend said and smiled, shutting the door behind him. While the two of them talked for a little bit, I got off the couch and grabbed some water for all of us, then the three of us sat down together.
"So... what do ya wanna do?" My boyfriend asked him, smiling.
"Uh, I dunno. You got any movies we can watch?" Trevor said and Jamie thought for a moment.
"Yeah, I think there's a copy of Shrek somewhere in the garage." He replied. Shrek. Of course, that's sooo Jamie. I looked at Trevor and shrugged.
"Sorry we didn't have anything else-" I started to apologize but he smiled and cut me off.
"Don't be sorry, Y/N. Shrek is one of my favorite movies!" He said and grabbed a glass of water from the table, taking a sip before setting it back down. "And of course I like anything as long as me and Jamie are together—we're homies for life."
