Carl is finally up and walking, meanwhile Daryl is still on bedrest and T-dog's arm is better.

"Stella!" Carl came running up to me as I watched the kids play tag.

"What's up Carl? Is your wound hurting you?" I asked.

"No, everything is fine. I was wondering if you could talk to my dad. Try and convince him to let me learn how to shoot." He told me.

I thought about it. It would be very beneficial for him, especially in this world.

"Alright. I'll talk to him." I told him. I watched as he started running away. "Carl, stop running. Your still not fully healed." I told him.

"Okay!" he yelled, walking away.

I looked at the kids before finding Rick. I walked over to him.

"Rick we need to talk." I told him.

"Is something wrong?" He asked, concerned.

"It's about carl. he came up to me asking me to try and convince you to teach him how to shoot." I told him.

"Why would he do that?" He asked.

"He wants to protect everyone and himself. He wants to be able to defend himself, should a walker try and attack us or him." I explained.

"So you think we--I should?" He asked me.

"Honestly, I do. Alexander and Isabelle both know how to shoot a gun, but they rarely have to use it, because of their sword and bow/arrow. Athena has her knife and can use it, but rarely has to because I keep them all safe. So, yeah, I think it would be beneficial for him. You will wish he will never have to use it, but it would be best if he had a way to defend himself, if you can't." I told him.

He nodded.

"Thank you, I think I might teach him. I just need to talk to Lori." He said.

"It's no problem. He's a good kid, Rick. Now go on and talk to your wife." I told him, hurting at that word.

He walked away as I went back to the kids. As everyone left for the shooting practice, I stayed behind with the kids. We spent the whole day, playing in the fields.

I stopped playing when I heard yelling. Others probably couldn't hear but I could.

"And here are your abortion pills!" I heard.

Oh my God. Lori is pregnant. Lori's pregnant. I couldn't help but feel sad. My mate is with another woman who is pregnant.

"Mom, why do you smell sad?" Alexander asked me.

"Oh, it's nothing, my sweet boy. Come on, let's go play with your sisters." I told him as we went back to playing.

The sun was going down and I put the kids to bed. After they showered in the house, they all passed out, especially Isabelle and Athena.

Night came and I sat outside our tent. I could hear footsteps approaching. I looked up and saw Rick. He sat down next to me adn was quiet.

"Lori's pregnant." He said. I stayed quiet though. " She told me about Shane and her. I have to ask but..." He started.

"I did." I told him, before he could finish.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked.

"Because it wasn't my secret to tell." I told him.

"What...What if this baby isn't mine?" He asked in a whisper.

"Then you will love it just the same. This baby is coming in a harsh world, but it will be surrounded by people who it. it will have their mother and it will have their father, no matter what you may think. This will be Carl's sibling and he will love it and you will too, because that is who you are." I told him.
