"Morning." I said as I walked into the foyer.
"Wow. That's a lot of stuff." Beth said, holding the baby. I gently took her as I made her a bottle.
"Yeah. I found a house packed with all the baby supplies we would need." I told her. I grabbed the stuff out of the crib and placed it on the counter.
"What are you doing?" Carl came up and asked me.
"I found some fertilized water. Whenever you make the bottle, use this, then the formula. For every two ounces, put one scoop of formula, and shake the bottle. Then it is ready to drink." I told him as I gave him the bottle. I handed the baby to him, and he fed her. "We'll keep the crib in here during the day and at night, she can stay in my room. We have plenty of water, formula, wipes, and diapers for a couple of months." I told everyone.
"Mommy!" I heard.
I turned around and saw Athena running towards me. I picked her up, spinning her.
"Mom!" Isabelle yelled running at me.
I smiled pulling her into a hug.
"Your back." She said.
"I told you, I would. I would never leave you guys." I told them. They hugged me harder. I put Athena down, wrapping my arms around Isabelle. "I'm not leaving again. Promise." I told her.
She hugged me just as Alec came in.
"Hey, mom." He greeted hugging me.
I smiled, hugging him back.
"Foods ready, just serve yourselves." I told them as I left the room.
I grabbed a burp cloth, along with a onesie, socks, and a swaddle from my room, going back to the foyer. I took the baby and gently burped her.
"There we go sweetheart." I said as she burped. I placed her in the crib, putting a diaper on, then her onesie and socks. I wrapped her in her swaddle, before holding her. As she watched me, I began eating. I could hear footsteps. Rick. I looked up and saw him come in.
"Is everybody okay?" He asked us.
"Yeah, we are." Maggie told him.
He walked further in the room.
"What about you?" Hershel asked him.
"I cleared out the boiler block." He told us.
"How many were there?" Daryl asked him.
"I don't know. A dozen, two dozen. I have to get back. Just wanted to check on Carl." Rick said.
"Rick, we can handle taking out the bodies. You don't have to." Glenn told him.
"No, I do." He said.
He walked over to Daryl.
"Everyone have a gun and a knife?" He asked him.
"Yeah. We're running low on ammo, though." Daryl told him.
"Maggie and me were planning on making a run this afternoon. Found a phone book with some places we can hit, look for bullets and baby stuff." Glenn told him.
"I found more baby stuff to last us a while, but it wouldn't hurt to have more stuff." I told him.
"We cleared out the generator room. Axel's there trying to fix it in case of emergency. We're gonna sweep the lower levels as well." Daryl told him.
"Good. Good." Rick said before walking off.
"Rick." Hershel called out.
"Let him go." I told him. "Cell blocks C, E, and the boiler block are cleared. I can clear Cell block A and B by myself, while you do the lower levels." I told them.
