To this day I am still in astonishment on how well this story was received as it basically blew my previous works out of the way and inserted itself onto a pedestal all on its own.
I probably might not ever have another story reach that many reads let alone even half of it but hey, at least I can say it happened once.
Now then with that out of the way, I figured that now was the time to address the biggest issue with Merc's Involvement, which was the fact that I essentially made my own ending that was completely split from the original Honkai timeline.
Because of that, I was left unable to come up with a proper sequel to it, thus leading me to the creation of ReVerse/ReBirth where I redid the events in order to follow the proper timeline.
Due to that circumstance, that meant that there wasn't really a proper, connected link between the two.
So, that leads us to here.
Am I completely rewriting Merc's Involvement?
Well, kinda.
This version of Merc's Involvement will be the revised, updated version that I wrote on Fanfiction.net
Differences will be slight and here and there so if y'all have already read the original version, then you don't really have to check out the revamped edition unless you really want to.
For those that haven't read it yet, then this revised version will definitely be the better one to read.
Now obviously I won't delete the original Merc's Involvement as I'd be completely braindead and stupid to get rid of my most successful story so that'll still be on here.

Along with the updated cover to Merc's Involvement, I have also updated the cover to ReVerse/ReBirth, which has now been renamed to Road to Nagazora to better fit in line with the story's plot.
