Tears dry for just a while now
They wonder why but they've lost there true sight
Watching this world crumble around me
Eyes brimming with tears
Words choked back
All I can mumble is 'oh my'
Darkness fills around us
breaking at the seams our light is shinning through once in a great while
Our brains like the night sky always changing in design
It's like running a maze in the night
Run away
Rant at night to the ones we know won't change
Explain to the littles what's happening
How a paradigm shift has taken place
Nothing we can do
Man it's to late
Trust me tho
Your not alone
I'll be right here till we change it all
Till our plan works
Till we're left standing tall
If this is what it takes

Can't stand seeing the emotions flying from our eyes
They've closed a door on us no way back

Tracks in our minds that won't seem to die
We say we don't care

A maybe there right here and there

Bloodshot eyes
Minds on cloud nine
If this is what it takes

All your fight lost in translation
It's a tragic set with a peaking resolution
Scarred and afraid

Nothing could have prepared us for this anyway
Labels were set
Tables were turned
A revaluation is needed
To stop history from repeating
When it's all said and done
We'll look back and laugh
Knowing we won
Passion runs deep
Fear is real
Determination is high
Will is strong
We won this fight
We knew it all along
Took pain to cure our minds,
fix our hearts,
change the time
Make us realize
