"Hey!" Charlie said as he threw open the front door and hugged Olivia, who laughed at the sight of his obvious excitement.

"Hey Charlie." Olivia said as she was returning the hug without delay. "How's Bella doing?" She asked and Charlie sighed at the words.

"Bella is... She's not talking to me, not that she ever really did before. But she also keeps going on about "Sam and his gang" but... But whenever I look at you and Sam, I don't see a gang." Charlie said and Olivia sighed quietly, awkwardly now scratching the back of her neck and she was putting the muffins and a couple of pies into the fridge.

"Sam and I, we are not running and leading any new gang in La Push. I promise you that Charlie, all right?" Olivia said as she looked at Charlie, who was nodding at the words as she spoke. "We call ourselves a second sort of a family. And with a little one on the way..." Olivia gently put her hand against her stomach and Charlie was smiling at the sight of the baby bump.

"You're going to be a great parent, Liv, I just know it." Charlie said to her and Olivia smiled at him.

"Thanks Charlie... But, but I'm really nervous." Olivia admitted and Charlie laughed at the words, throwing back his head as he laughed.

"I would be a whole lot more concerned about you, if you weren't nervous about it and the pregnancy." Charlie said and he looked at her. "And if that boy Sam ever leaves you like his father did to him, I'll find him and I swear by god that I'll blow off his damn head." Charlie said sharply as he seemed to be deadly serious and then at the words, Olivia's eyes smiled a little bit.

"Thanks Charlie... But you don't have to worry about Sam leaving me... Ever." Olivia held up her left hand as Charlie's eyes were moving to look at the rings, the two of them that were stacked on top of one another.

"Congratulations." Charlie said as she smiled. "But seriously, if he ever does leave..."

"Gun to head, skulls blown, and then by extension... The brains will be all over." She repeated back to him and Charlie laughed at the words. "But, seriously Charlie, I promise that you have nothing to worry about." She replied and Charlie looked over at the stairs where Bella was standing on them now.

"Hey there Bells, you remember Olivia Ateara right?" Charlie asked and Bella was crossing her arms over her chest, staring at Olivia with a combination... Or a mixture of disgust and rage.

"Yeah." Bella spoke up rudely and Olivia sighed at the word and Bella's tone of voice as Olivia looked at the muffins.

"Well, it was nice to come over and dropping those muffins off was the best part of my day so far, since Sam has been even more overprotective than usual." Olivia admitted as she was shaking her head a bit at the sight of Bella's obvious, almost naked and negative emotions. "I'd better go." Olivia said and Charlie smiled a little bit.

"Well, it was nice to see you Olivia. You should come back soon." Charlie said and Olivia grinned a little bit.

"Yeah, maybe I will." Olivia replied as she was walking out of the door after she pulled her shoes back on.

"Hey!" Olivia sighed and she heard the front door slamming open against the wall and she sighed, turning away from her truck as she looked over at Bella.

"What's the problem here?" Olivia asked and Bella was walking over to her as Olivia's eyes narrowed, feeling like Bella was trying to intimidate her.

"What the hell did those goons do to Jacob?!" Bella demanded to be in the know as Olivia sighed.

"They didn't do anything to him." Olivia replied. "Jacob joined the family of his own accord and with his father's influence, we had nothing to do with it." Olivia said and Bella's anger was obvious now, to anybody who was paying attention.

"You're lying for him!" Bella shoved her with both hands and Olivia stumbled a little bit, internally blaming the pregnancy for her lack of balance and she stared at Bella with a shake of her head.

"If you touch me again in such a manner like that again, Isabella Swan, we will have a problem." Olivia said and Bella tried to push her again, but Olivia's hands had shot out to quickly push Bella's hands away.

Bella stumbled back and nearly fell on a rock, but she managed to keep her balance by some sort of miracle from the god above or, well, whatever the hell Bella believed in.

"We're done here." Olivia said coldly and Bella tried to go after her again, but Olivia pushed her harder this time as then, Bella's back hit the ground.

Olivia knew that the other girl really was not badly hurt, Bella was now clearly still able to breathe. Once she started to move  again, Olivia got into the truck and she was starting the engine.

Olivia reversed and she drove off quickly towards La Push again, as she was already swiftly compartmentalizing what had just gone and happened.

Olivia parked in front of the house and finally, the emotions came in droves and she buried her face in her hands as she was shuddering. Hot, angry tears spilled from her eyes and they ran swiftly down her face as she was shaking her head. "Damn it." She whispered and she heard the door opening and she felt arms moving around her.

Olivia was curled up in a ball as she leaned against Sam, who swiftly shifted his grip to a different style and she was looking at him.

"What happened?" Sam asked as he was sliding over the mug of the now steaming hot peppermint tea and then, Olivia silently took it in her shaking hands.

"Bella accused us and the pack of manipulating Jacob into joining the pack and when I told her that Jake had joined the pack of his own accord... Bella called me a liar and shoved me. I kind of lost it when she tried it again and I pushed her into the ground, she got winded and I drove off and out of there." Olivia admitted as Sam looked at her, before he reached out a hand and he rested it on top of hers. Olivia flipped hers over to lace her fingers with his.

"Want me to kill her?" Sam asked and Olivia's eyes were staring at him. "She pushed you and you're over five months pregnant, Liv, there is a very real reason that you stopped your cage fighting." He said and Olivia sighed.

"The baby is fine, Sam, I promise." Olivia murmured and he was nodding a little bit at the words. "Please don't do anything to Bella. As much as I definitely detest her attitude and the way that she always treats Charlie's feelings like they're less important than her own... Just try to remember that if the Cullens ever come back to town, they will definitely kill you guys for touching a hair on her head." Olivia reminded him.

"Okay." Sam murmured and she finally was able to drink the tea, and as he left to go and run with the others, she was now sitting on the porch and she watched him leave as she always did.
