"Aurora, you need to eat," Lee reminds me, and that was on time.
"I'm not hungry."
"You need to take medicine."
"I don't have an appetite." I yelled at him.
He's behind the door, and I don't let him go inside the same area that I'm in.
Don't ask me why.
I sigh and look over my wrapped leg. I tried to get some sleep, but it didn't work out.
I'm in pain, but It doesn't hurt that much to take a painkiller, but I also feel pain. Does that make sense?
Whatever
I feel like dying. I'm kind of hungry, but as soon as I start to think about food, it makes me nauseous.
And low-key I don't like the fact that Lee is here.
Suddenly I was cut off from my thoughts when I heard Lee's voice.
Aurora, there's a guest that came to visit you." I hear him say, and I tell him to let the guest come in.
He opens the door and sees my manager. Lee takes the opportunity and comes into my room as well.
Aurora, what happened?" she asks. It's just looking at my leg that horrifies me.
"I was pushed by some homeless guy on the stairs because I didn't give him money." I lie as I tell her with my soft voice.
"Oh my god, are you in pain? When can you walk again?" She asked me out of actual curiosity, sorry, not because she wanted me to go on a runway.
"I'm not sure, but I really hope it won't leave a scar." I actually hope that
Well, I did not worry about those things for now; I just concentrated on recovery. I will take care of everything; just call me whenever you feel better." She smiles and says that you should get going; she has lots of things to do.
It's been a few days, and now that I think about it, how am I supposed to take a shower?
Oh my fucking god
"Bring me my phone!" I shout, and Lee comes running, holding it.
I snatch my phone out of his hands and demand that he leave.
I started to call Samuel; we had a little chat, and I asked the most important thing: if I could take a shower. He said I could, but I needed to make sure that my leg wouldn't get wet, and I shouldn't move a lot because I have lots of scratches and bruises all over my body.
I thanked him and then hung up. I really can't right now.
And I also don't have Naya here; she left a few days ago.
But I really need a shower; I feel like I stink.
I took my crutches and attempted to move towards the bathroom, but suddenly one of the crutches slipped out of my hand, and the sound of someone falling was made by me.
Lee comes rushing to me.
"Cord- aurora Are you okay? what happened?" He asks, as he gets closer to me, to help.
"I'm fine. I just wanted to take a shower." I admit
"You could have told me so."
"No, no, no, alone, I don't want help." I state
"Well yeah, but Samuel Said that you couldn't move, so that will mean a shower, and I thought you would need some help? No?" He asks, and yes, he is right.
And especially after this fall, It seems like nothing, but I heard my hand, and since it was already hurting before, it started to hurt even more right now.
"And why would I need help from you?" I ask, not avoiding eye contact with him.
"Then whose help can you get right now?" he asks.
"Well, I have a few friends," I lie, "and I'm pretty sure one of them is free right now; I should actually call him." And as soon as my words left his lips, his eyes widened.
"What did you just say?" He asked, confused.
"What?" I ask him.
"Do you not have any other female friends?"
"No, but why does it matter?"
"So it's a fine random boy helping you to wash up, seeing you all naked?" he questions. I narrowed my eyebrows in anger.
"And you aren't." I shoot back, asking him if he's not a stranger as well.
We stayed in silence for a few minutes, and then he spoke.
"Okay, I'm sorry, but let me at least help you undress, and I'll leave you in the bathtub," he offers. "And if you need any kind of help, just call me; I will be right behind the door."
"Fine," I said, as I roll my eyes.
