Y/n's pov:
We got to CatCo, and was met with Kara pacing back and forwards.
"Oh my God. Carter, Y/n!" She says with worry in her eyes and tone of her voice.
"I am so sorry for leaving you guys." She apologized. "I'm not fired am i?"
"No, because i am not your boss." I said wanting to scare her a little. Which worked because her eyes grew wide. She opened her mouth to speak but i cut her off. "And either way if i was your boss i wouldn't fire you." I gave her a smile.
Her face relaxed a bit then breathed out. "You were busy, and me and my brother had a great time here." I said.
We locked eyes for a moment, the more i look at her, the more i realize how similar she is to Supergirl.
A few seconds passed, i smirked realizing she is supergirl. I noticed Kara's cheeks became a little red.
She cleared her throat, breaking eye contact. "Miss Grant already booked you a hotel for you two to stay." She said
"Kara, may i speak with you in private?" I said. She nodded in response.
I led her to my mother's office and to the balcony. "You know, a pair of glasses and a pony tail is not really a good disguise." I started admiring the bright stars in the sky.
"I-I'm sorry, what?" She asked stuttering.
"Oh, please. I'm not that dumb, Supergirl." I said facing her.
"I-I'm not Supergirl" she shook her head no.
"Then take your glasses off." I said locking eyes with her.
"But i won't be able to see if i took my glasses off." She defended only making me slightly smirk.
Kara's pov:
"Oh Rao. Y/n knows I'm Supergirl." I thought to myself.
She slightly smirked making my cheeks go red. What is Y/n doing to me!?
"I'm not a fool, Kara." Y/n says.
"Why do you think I'm Supergirl?" I ask looking down on the floor breaking eye contact.
"Something bad happens, Kara Danvers leaves the room, Supergirl shows up. Supergirl leaves the room, Kara shows up." She started. "You also have the same voice, same hair, same eyes." She looked up at the stars admiring them
I was speechless on how Y/n instantly knew. "But even if you are supergirl. I wouldn't tell anyone" she said
"Really?" I asked
"And you just proved to me that you are Supergirl." She laughed a little. "You can't deny it now. But i still won't tell anyone." She said turning to me giving me a soft look.
"Thank you. I still can't believe you figured that out in a day." We laughed.
