Y/n's pov:
Me and Kara are at Noonan's talking, and got the first time ever I felt happy. There was just something about Kara that makes me happy and confused at the same time.
"You know, the first time we met i actually thought you were pretty scary." Kara said making us laugh.
"I get that a lot." I said with a smile. Kara turned to me with a grin. "What?" I asked Kara but she remained silent for a second.
"You're really pretty." Kara said making me tilt my head a little.
Kara's pov:
"You're really pretty" i blurted out. I didn't mean to say that out loud, but i wasn't lying. She's gorgeous.
"Thank you. You're pretty and an amazing person, Kara." She bit her bottom lip.
We stayed at Noonan's for another hour before leaving. Since it was late, i offered Y/n to stay at my apartment. It was so forward (don't know if that's the right word) but i didn't want her to leave.
She accepted my offer and we walked back to my apartment. The walk was filled with laughs, lots of smiling that made our cheeks hurt, and finding ourself staring at eachother's eyes.
We got to my apartment and i placed my coat on the coat rack along with Y/n's jacket.
"Uh. Kara?" I heard Y/n's voice in a much more confused and slight panic voice.
I turned around to see my coffee table with something on it. It had like roots of a plant and some liquid beside it.
I heard something on the roof as i walked next to Y/n's side. I turned around and looked up only to find a creature i couldn't identify because it had already fallen on me.
I felt my body drop to the ground and all i could see was pitch black. I heard Y/n scream and get heart was beating fast. I wanted to wake up and calm her down but i couldn't. Everything i heard faded.
Y/n's pov:
I scream when Kara's body dropped to the ground, her eyes were closed and the creature was on her chest.
I quickly pulled out my phone and dialed Alex's number. 3 rings were heard before i heard Alex's voice.
"Y/n? Why are you calling?" She asked.
"Alex, something just attacked your sister. She's unconscious and the creature is on her chest. Please hurry." I said panicked.
I heard the call ended and i was left there panicking and not knowing what to do.
5 minutes later the front door was broken down and had revealed Alex with FBI agents.
Alex and the agents rushed to Kara with a back board. They placed her and took her away. "Alex, where are you going with her?" I asked her sister.
"I'm taking her somewhere to get that thing off her." Alex explained in a stern voice yet i could hear the worry in her voice.
"Could i at least go with you? I can't just go without knowing she'll be okay." I said and Alex sighed.
"Fine. But i need to know if i can trust you." She said
"I've known Kara's identity the second we met and all it took was just me looking at her. You don't see me telling people her identity" I said making Alex sigh. Alex rushed outside with me following her.
There revealed 2 FBI cars with one with Kara on it. Alex took me to a separate car with her and drove away to some dessert facility.
They brought Kara out along with the backboard and a oxygen mask on her. I was told to wait outside the isolation room while they figure out how to get that thing off her.
I was pacing back and forth when i realized Winn and James had ran up to me.
"Hey." Winn whispered placing a hand on my shoulder trying to calm me down. I exhaled trying to slow down my heartbeat.
"What the hell are these guys doing here?" I heard someone yell. I turned to my side and saw a tall black man (i don't know if that sounds offensive but i really hope it doesn't sound racist but if it does i can change it) with agents behind him
"Where supergirl goes, we go." James said to the man.
"This is a top facility, Mr. Olsen. You think I'm gonna let the media waltz through here?" He said as the agents slightly points their guns to us making Winn put his hands up.
"Actually I'm an IT. So, definitely not worth, uh, shooting." Winn stuttered.
"If something bad happens to get, I'm coming back for you." James said
"If anything happens to get, I won't stop you. Get them out of here." The man ordered his agents.
The agents then grabbed my shoulder making me glare at him. He lets go but leads a us out of the building.
