Y/n's pov:
Me and my mother went out to lunch at Noonan's. Kara updates me now and then making my mother give me weird looks.
"Oh, we should definitely check out that amusement park that just opened." I said to my mother then took a bite of my food.
"Why not." My mother said smiling.
"Oh, and we can get like matching t-shirts as souvenirs!" I said with excitement.
"And we can get those cute stuff toys. I remembered Adam saying that you love those cute little teddy bears and would never let anyone touch them, expect your siblings." My mother said.
A comfortable silence fell upon us before it being broken by my mother. "This is really nice. Just you and i having fun as mother and daughter." She said.
I nodded in response with a smile. I have always wanted to experience this feeling. The feeling of a mother's love. "It is. Thank you, mom." I said.
"For what?" She asked.
"For wanting to be apart of my life." I said and she placed her hand on top of mine.
"I have always wanted to be apart of your life. I made that mistake years ago. I don't want to make that same mistake again if it means losing my daughter." She said.
My daughter.. i smiled once she said that.
Eventually my mother had work and so did i. So we said our goodbyes and i left with Carter.
Alex's pov:
"We've got a rouge" J'onn said the crossed his arms looking at us and the other troops. "Fort Rozz prisoner number 2444. He's been hiding out in National City using human alias, Gabriel Phillips. Surveillance spotted him yesterday. Don't be fooled by the pretty face, this thing is nasty." He said then showed us a picture of him in his alien form. "Feeds off rotting flesh. He's been spotted coming and going from an abandoned warehouse downtown, where we suspect he's storing his food. Proceed with caution when apprehending him. This one bites." He explained
"Let's move."
Kara's pov:
Alex and J'onn called me in. I really didn't want to go but, duty calls. Actually, Alex didn't tell me anything about the mission. I was only called in when they escaped. Well, the guy in the mask took the alien with him.
I flew in my Supergirl suit to the DEO and heard Alex and J'onn talking. "Well, the big question is, where did he take out target?" Alex asked
"And why?" J'onn said.
"Maybe he had some beef he needed to settle." I said flatly. "Since when don't you call me?" I asked standing next to my sister.
"I thought it might be a good idea to give you some time off." J'onn said.
"When i need time off, I'll find out a request form with HR. Until then, if there's a dangerous alien to catch I'd like to be included. Sir." I said to J'onn and he nodded in response. "Is he human?" I asked.
"Couldn't tell under all that armor." Alex said.
"What would be want with an amen who eats rotting flesh." I asked.
"The vulture he captured could be wanted on a dozen other worlds for crimes he committed long before he wound up in Fort Rozz. We could be dealing with an interstellar bounty hunter." J'onn said.
"You don't think.." Alex said to J'onn.
"No. No. If he were in town, we'd know." J'onn said slightly shaking his head no.
"I ran all the images of the kidnapper through our data base. Nothing matches up." Alex said.
"Maybe if he's done this before, he's run into local law enforcement." I said.
"We could interview NCPD. See if some of their missing persons are our missing aliens." J'onn said.
"Where do you think he took that guy?" I asked both of them.
"As far as we know, he could be anywhere in the Galaxy." Alex said.
3rd person pov: this part will contain kinda brutal.
You are Fort Rozz prisoner 2444. Guilty of armed theft and murder. Disguising yourself in human skin will not keep you from facing justice. Show yourself." Master Jailer said whilst pointing his weapon at Gabriel.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Gabriel lied only making The masked man press a button activating a laser shaped in a blade appear a few feet above his head.
"By breaking the law, you have forfeited your right to exist." Master Jailer said.
"There is no death penalty on Krypton." Gabriel said.
"We're not on Krypton." Gabriel then showed his alien form once Master Jailer spoke again.
"Is this what you want? Will you let me go now?" Gabriel panted
"No one escapes the Master Jailer." He said gripping on the bars that kept Gabriel.
"Wait. I know who you are." Gabriel said making Master Jailer put his head down. Lasers appeared above his head keeping him down.
The blade then falls on his head cutting Gabriel's head off.
