Ninja's POV

Silence. That was the only thing the group knew as they walked back to camp. None of them knew what to say. None of them even knew what to think. All they knew was that they had all made it out, but not without a price.

"Or what? You will make a big splash?" The Stone Warriors' leader taunted them before laughing. Not even a moment later, Nya was suddenly wrenched free from his grasp and thrown down to them.

"NYA!!!" Jay quickly caught her before she could fall, but the others' eyes were trained on the cliff. They saw a flash of (F/c) crystal and (H/c) hair before she disappeared again. They heard the shouts of the Warriors for only a moment before they fell to the sea, away from their dear friend. They screamed as they fell, but thankfully there were no rocks hidden in the waters nor were the currents strong, so they were able to swim to shore, but by the time they looked up hoping (Y/n) would wrench herself free and fly down to them, the Warriors had already fallen silent, having left with (Y/n) as their prisoner. Or at least, that's what they presumed.

"This is all my fault. I should've taken the shot." Lloyd whimpered as he looked up to the cliff, desperately searching for the familiar flashes of (F/c) and (H/c). None appeared.

"We're all at fault, kid. It's just the way the cookie crumbled." Cole tried to console Lloyd, but this only led to Jay snapping.

"Are you still making jokes? They have (Y/n), AND YOU'RE MAKING JOKES?!!" Jay yelled and Cole quickly backpedalled.

"It was just a poor choice of words!" He defended himself but before Jay could continue, Wu intervened.

"Enough! We have lost enough! We don't need to lose our focus!" Wu chastised them, but Kai shook his head fiercely. Sensei Wu couldn't be serious.

"Forget focus. We have to get our friend back." Kai yelled at him and the others nodded, but Misako shook her head.

"By the time we get back up there, they'll be gone. We will get (Y/n) back, but the clock has reached zero and the Final Battle could start at any moment. We must head back to the Bounty to get prepared, so that next time, you will not hesitate." She advised them. They all knew she was right, but the idea of their friend, alone, surrounded by Warriors was too much to bear. They were about to retort but were silenced by a gaze from their Sensei as he walked up to Lloyd.

"Come on, Lloyd. Let's go home. You will get your chance." Wu assured him, but it did little to ease the fear and guilt in his heart.

"What was that sound? The horns?" Dr. Julien asked them, snapping them all back to reality. How did we get here so fast?

"The Celestial Clock has reached zero. Garmadon's ultimate weapon is now operational and the Final Battle between good and evil has all but begun." Wu explained shortly.

"Now Lloyd must face his father." Misako added, but Dr. Julien seemed to notice something else and was about to speak when another voice spoke up from behind them.

"But where's (Y/n)?" Echo asked, concern evident on his face as he hugged Tai-D close.

"She's been taken by the Overlord, but we'll get her back. At the moment, there are bigger things at stake, including all of Ninjago itself." Wu told him and Echo gasped sharply, tears already gleaming in his eyes.

"No-how-she-" Echo tried to say something, but he could no longer hold in his tears as he started to sob at the loss of his friend. Zane felt his own eyes water at the sight and he quickly strode over to his brother and embraced him in a hug.
