Chapter 28

The first week of July -Two weeks after the wedding

Sue-Ann wakes up late approximately after 10, she turns and uses her hand to brush over the area to feel if Luca is next to her but he isn't. She opened her eyes to look around he was nowhere in the room. She slipped on his grey graphic t-shirt with a green line art dragon on it, over her body and it was like a huge dress it went all the way down above her knees and covered her booty completely, she went to the bathroom before she went downstairs to see if Luca was there, he is making breakfast for both of them while an airpod is in his ear listening to music. She walks up behind him being sure to make a little noise cause if she didn't he'd probably punch her. She snaked her hands around his waist. He smiles at her touch and looks at her for a quick second before looking back into the bowl, he was making some type of egg meal with bacon, and cheese added to it. He whisks the egg and adds some cream to it. He then adds bacon, cheese, and vegetables into the egg mixture he then proceeds to put it into the oven and bake the batch of egg mixture he turns around and hugs her fully giving her a tight squeeze and a kiss on the forehead
"Good morning Princess," he said 

"Good morning" she smiled, "Whatcha making?" 

" Just some colazione it's called frittata or omelette as you would call it" he made a light chuckle she giggled, and then started to smell the egg cooking her stomach started to turn and she was feeling very uneasy and excused herself off to the bathroom he let her go. She stopped along the stairs and turned back to him.

"Nevermind I'm fine" he folds his arms while leaning against the kitchen counter and looks at her with an eyebrow raised

He asked her "Tu buono?" She nods and covers her mouth with the back of her hand.

"I felt nauseous for a sec"

"Ok, so you feel ok now?"

"Yeah," the omelet was finished and Luca took it out of the oven he placed the bowl on a rack to cool down before he cut into it. Sue-Ann decided to make some ginger tea. they sat down to eat. Sue-Ann still felt queasy, she picked at her food before she took up a small piece of omelet and put it up to her lips. her nose took a big whiff of it she tried not to think of the smell, then put it in her mouth. She chewed the omelet but wasn't digging the taste of the bacon and egg. She gagged and ran to a nearby sink. Sue-Ann began throwing up. Luca got up and rushed to her. her loose braided bun was unraveling so Luca grabbed it before they got in the way.

"Oh my," he spoke softly and looked away. She finally stopped and washed her lips and inside her mouth. She got completely embarrassed and turned away from Luca, rinsing everything down the drain.

"I'm sorry " her voice rattles and she clears her throat after.

"Are you sure you are ok, I made this for you a month ago and you were completely fine" She pushes her hand underneath his to grab the hair to fix it, and he lets go and lets her do her thing. She shrugs.

"I don't know if I am...yea, I don't know what happened I'm sorry it's not the cooking" She cleared her throat and spit into the sink then rinsed it down. he rubs her lower back.

"Hmph it's fine do you want me to make something else for you?" she smiles at his generosity.

"You're not mad I threw up your food? you're not disgusted??" she peered her eyes out. He shook his head.

"I've dealt with worse than that"

"Like?"

"You don't wanna know" he taps her back and goes back to sitting down, Sue-Ann pours and goes to sweeten her tea and drinks it.
