Toni
"I can't fucking believe him!" We were on our way home from the court jail and Janet was very upset. "He calls us to bail him out with some sick sincere ass voice then leaves with the very people who got him in the situation in the first place! I know you fucking lying! He better stay the fuck out there! He better hope that this shit works out for him! Because he is not getting shit from me!"

I knew where Janet's anger was coming from. It was coming from the place of a mother but the fact that she naturally sees the best in people, which all of our children knew, and Tommy took advantage of that is what was upsetting her even more. She was hurt.

"I should've let his ass sit there! Oh my god!" She punched the dashboard and didn't flinch. I was officially scared. Janet doesn't ever get this angry and when she does it's like a tornado and volcano had a baby. "He better stay far away from me. I will hurt him." She meant it too.

"Janet..."

"I can't take this shit anymore! I'm done! I have tried with him for the last few years. Almost getting kicked out of school, trying to keep him from failing, talking to teachers and principals, him getting caught in girls' bedrooms, him almost getting jumped for sleeping with someone else's girlfriend. I have tried and tried with him. I have done every fucking thing for him! Now he wants to be a fucking drug dealer! Fine. I'm done!" She sat back with her legs up.

My heart broke for Janet. She kept hope for Tommy longer than everyone and he just cut off the last bit of trust she had. If he had said he wanted to come home tonight, Janet would've let him. Now, I really don't know. I just hope nothing bad happens to him before he comes to his senses.

Third Person
Tommy walked into Bone's house with the guys. Bone stood up and dapped up Tommy. "Man, you out. I would've came and got you if they ain't have my photo all up in there."

"You straight."

"Who you get to help you out?"

"Not important."

"Whoever they are, I hope you keep good with them. Not many people would drop $2500 like that." Tommy looked down and felt a small amount of guilt but brushed it away.

"Yo let me tell you who..."

"Yeah, man they good people. Everybody else okay?"

"Yeah. Pop had hit his head but he good. Everyone else got away okay. Except Gerald. He got caught and has some priors."

"Dang."

"Tommy, let's go talk in the office, man."

"None, man you gotta hear this."

"Let's go, man." Tommy walked with Bone to his office. The guys from the police station looked at each other. They was pissed at who Tommy's parents were. Not because of who they were but because of the fact that they were who they were. His parents was practically the biggest celebrity in the world, the only one bigger being her deceased brother, and a international business person worth more money than they even realized existed. We're talking hundreds of millions. His parents are apart of the one percent and he put here selling drugs. Hell yeah they were pissed.

"So what you wanted to talk to me about?" Tommy asked.

"Look, man. You showing up tonight showed brotherhood. You ain't let them go down when everything broke out. I respect that."

"Thanks." Tommy felt good. He finally was getting the respect he deserves.

"Look this life ain't the best, so having people down for you that you can trust is very important."
