Maniko yawned loudly, hopping out of bed as he stretched his body. 'Wow, I can't believe I managed to count up to ten thousand eight hundred..' He thought while making his bed.
Once the male finished his usual morning routine, he made his way to the living room. 'I wonder how those three slept in those comfy futons! I hope they slept well..' He opened the door to see the three Hokage already awake, looking as tense as ever.
Hashirama broke out a tired smile, almost unnoticeable bags under his eyes. Minato rubbed his eyes with an awkward chuckle, holding a cup of coffee. Tobirama's eye twitched as he eyed down the newly awakened male.
"Morning, guys! How'd you sleep?" Maniko greeted brightly.
"You little sh-" Tobirama started, his mouth immediately being covered by his older brother.
"We slept great, Maniko. Are you ready for today's training session?" He cut his brother off before he could say something he would regret later on.
"Yes! It was all I could think about, last night.. I even had to count in order to fall asleep!" Maniko grinned.
'Oh, we know..' Minato thought. Maniko tilted his head, overhearing the blonds thoughts, but eventually decided to let it go.
"Well, I guess we should head off then?" Minato spoke, downing the remaining coffee in the mug before setting it down on the counter. 'Hm, okay.. So they can consume edible things. Noted.' Maniko thought.
"You guys can consume food and beverages?" He asked rhetorically.
"Yes, but it doesn't really... Go anywhere. It just fades into nothing..? I think it still helps, though! And I can still taste it, so I'm not complaining. Minato explained with a shrug. "Enough about that though, are you ready?"
"Yup! Let's go." Maniko ensured, tightening his headband.
The walk through the village was peaceful yet comforting. Maniko had already figured that Minato would be one of the best company out of the three, because Tobirama was just..

The boy shivered at the thought. 'He's one scary Hokage.. I'm glad I'm with the much nicer one today.. I wouldn't wanna mess with Tobirama..' He thought.
Minato chuckled quietly. "You're sharing your thoughts again, Maniko." He sweatdropped.
"Gah! I'm Sorry! I really don't know how to control this whole.. Telepathy thing. It's new to me.. Wait- Again? I was doing it before?!" Maniko caught on.
