Chapter 7: BANQUET and COCKtails

SASKIA'S POV

"You might want to come down now?" I immediately stood up "You're heavy."

"WHAT?!" I gave him a sinister look while this Blue guy beside me is trying to suppress his laughter that's why I stomped on his feet. "Serves you right."

"I'm sorry." As if on cue, he laugh and I can't help but give him a murderous look. "Fine! Fine! I'll stop already."

Annoying! Ugh!

"Accompany her to the clinic."
"Aye! Aye Captain."

And just like that, he pulled me away from Aki who is now lying on the bleacher.

"Don't worry, he's just resting." I gave him a nocuous look but then he just smiled and presented his hands "By the way, I'm Blue. On behalf of the Elite Four, thank you for risking yourself to protect Gray."

"Oh my gd! Saskia, where have you been?" Shana looked at Blue and pointed a finger at him "You! How dare you do this to her."
"Calm Down Shana, it's not us."

Shana looked at me and I guess she's trying to ask if Blue is telling the truth.

"Yeah, they helped me."

She looked at Blue again and then snatched me away from him while flipping her hair. I can't help but look at Blue and mouth him a 'sorry', he just nodded, smiled and left.

"My goodness Saskia, it's just the first week of school and look, you've become a punching bag of a now dead girl, fainted, dragged, double listed and now you even have a stab wound." I can't help but laugh, "You're crazy."

Guess i'm really a walking disaster.

"Come on, it's already 6:30 and you haven't eaten yet."

We went to the mess hall and not a single student is here. We ordered a take out and headed back to my dorm room.

"What will you wear tomorrow?"

Oh shoot! We have a banquet tomorrow afternoon. Apparently, it's like an acquaintance party but it's more formal and we need to dress up appropriately.

I shrugged and I almost dropped my food when she opened my cabinet.

"Oh! What is this?" I just looked at her and grinned, I don't plan on staying longer than a month that's why I haven't unpacked all my belongings yet. "Are you leaving?"

I rolled my eyes and pulled out one of my luggage. "No, I haven't unpacked them yet." I opened the luggage and looked at the clothes I had. "I might just wear these?" I showed her my slacks but she disapproved and took one of my satin sleepwear.

"This is better."
"That's my sleepwear you know"
"Huh?! This is sleepwear? OMG! I used to have one of these and I love to wear them at parties."

We laughed and I decided to wear it to the banquet, I even gave Shana a set which has robes as well.

"Can I sleep here?" I immediately shook my head, Im not really fond of sleepovers plus I have to call Luke. "Pretty please?" She even did a beautiful eyes.
"Aish, fine. Just this one night."

She nodded and smiled like a puppy. At least I'm not alone now.

We were watching the television when Shana remembered to interrogate me about what happened a while ago.

"Who kidnapped you awhile ago?" I laughed, "Who? If it's not Blue then, is it Gray? or Drey? Did Aki ask them to kidnap you? Did you do it? Di---"
"What? No! What are you talking about? OMG! You're polluting my mind." She giggled and poked my side. "It was Slater okay?"
"Sht! Was he the one who stabbed you as well?" I shook my head, "Ee, wait. If Slater was the one who dragged you then why is Blue with you? Did the Nobles and Elite Four had a brawl?" I nodded, "Awesome! Who won? Was it Aki? or Sky?"
