On a Saturday morning like any other, Catherine woke up earlier than she usually did. She'd been having trouble falling asleep lately, and after spending some time tossing and turning in bed, she decided to take the opportunity to go for a run before breakfast. Running was far from being one of his favorite sports, but at the time it seemed like a good option. Half an hour later he was heading out the door of his house. Just as she started to warm up, she saw across the street a woman staring at her. She was young, rather short with dark hair and dark eyes. Suddenly, the woman approached her very quickly.

"Excuse me." said the woman as she approached "Are you Catherine McNamara?"

Catherine blinked several times "Yes, that's me."

"You're an actress, aren't you?" the woman asked.

"Well, yes, I'm an actress." Catherine couldn't hide her surprise. She saw that the woman was writing things in a notebook. She had already been recognized a couple of times, but this was a strange situation.

"Can I ask you a question? Where did you meet Kevin?"

"Excuse me?" said Catherine, increasingly surprised.

"Kevin Richardson from the Backstreet Boys. Where did you two meet? Is it true that you have a daughter in common?"

Catherine was silent for a few seconds as she felt the sweat beading on the back of her neck "This...I have to go...excuse me."

She turned and walked back into the house, as quickly as she had left. She closed the door behind her "What the fuck?" she muttered as she sat down on the living room couch. It was the first time a reporter had run her over like that. And the worst part was that it wasn't even for her own work.

Just then, her phone rang. Catherine wondered who it could be as she picked it up and held it to her ear "Yes?"

"Catherine?" a smooth, manly voice sounded on the other end of the phone.

"Kevin! You're not going to believe what just happened..."

Kevin sighed heavily "I think I can imagine. They know about us. Well, about Lizzie. In the two hours I've been awake I've gotten calls from three different magazines asking me about 'that Catherine McNamara girl.'"

"What a shocker... I tried to go for a run and there was a reporter outside. In the street. In front of my house." Catherine rested her forehead on her hand "How could that happen?"
