カラス

"Eri!" Karasu's face lit up when she saw her. Mirio and Midoriya rushed ahead of her into the hospital room.

"We brought you some snacks!" Mirio held up the fruit basket he'd brought.

"I also brought you a stuffed bunny." Karasu said, holding it out to the little girl.

"Thank you. I like apples and bunnies." Eri said as she took the stuffed bunny, patting its plush head. She looked at Karasu again, and tears welled in her eyes. "You lost your arm... you got hurt. All because of me."

"Well, if we're being technical- I lost it saving this one." Karasu nodded at Midoriya with a smile. "In either case, totally worth it. I could never paint the nails on that hand very well anyway. Also it gets me out of doing the dishes."

"You guys don't have a dishwasher?" Mirio looked at Midoriya.

"We do. It's the only chore she says she can't do anymore, so we don't push it." Midoriya shrugged.

"What is his name?" Eri pointed to Midoriya.

"Oh. I'm Izuku Midoriya." He smiled, sitting on a stool in front of her bed. "My hero name is Deku."

"Hero name?" Eri asked in confusion.

"Uh... like a nickname." Karasu said. "Like how my name is Karasu, but on missions they call me Raven."

"So, yeah. Call me Deku."

"Deku. Lemillion. Raven." Eri pointed at each of them. "You all got hurt because of me..." she said again, "and the man with the glasses."

Sir Nighteye. They didn't tell her, that's a good thing. She doesn't need that right now, Karasu thought to herself.

"We all think the same thing, Eri." Mirio said, putting his hands on Eri's shoulders. "We're all crazy happy you're safe now! All we want is to see you smile!"

"Smile?" Eri looked up at him, tugging at her face. "I think... I forgot how to smile."

All of them paused at that.

"Then we'll help you remember." Karasu told her. "All three of us. Oh, wait- Midoriya, she could-"

"We'll take you to our school festival!" Midoriya said excitedly.

"Yes, exactly!" Karasu looked back at her teacher. "Can we?"

"I'll speak to Nezu." Aizawa nodded.

"Festival?"

"It's like a party with activities and snacks and we're doing... something. The rest haven't actually told us, yet." Karasu explained. "Oh! Candy apples too!"

"Candy apples?" Eri blinked.

"Apples dipped in crackly sugar!" Mirio explained happily. "We'll make sure we get you some on our festival date, yeah?"

"What's a date?"

"Ask Karasu." Midoriya said and Eri turned her gaze her.

Karasu's eyes snapped open wide. "It- is- when... two people who enjoy each other's company... spend time together." She turned towards Midoriya. "How did you know? Did Bakugo tell you?"

"Tell Deku what?" Eri looked at them.

"That Karasu has a boyfriend! Our classmate, Todoroki!" Midoriya said matter of factly.

"It was probably Mic." Aizawa said.

"Do you like him?" Eri asked, tugging Karasu's sleeve.

That made Karasu smile. "Yes. I like him a lot."
