After looking around all day and into the night,my brothers and dad came back with nothing.

They said he'd ran off somewhere and couldn't find him.

I wasn't happy at all.

Not since I now know what kind of person he is..I'm terrified.

"This is all my fault" I said.

Mom came and sat next to me and I put my hands on my face.

"No it's not honey. Things like this happen to everyone. Not this specific situation of course..but things that show you what kind of person you're dealing with. Good or bad. You didn't know,so it's not your fault entirely" mom said.

I stayed quiet for a while and mom got up.

Lyla sat in her place and mom went to her room to talk to dad.

My brothers were sitting on the couches and I couldn't look up at them.

I didn't know if they blamed me for this more than I already blamed myself.

After a few minutes I decided to get up and go to my room.

I didn't care if they couldn't find him right now.

What was important to me was keeping them safe.

I stood up and Lyla followed me to my room.

She closed the door behind her and we both layed on my bed, staring at the ceiling.

"Mom's right you know. This isn't your fault really. You've changed people in the past,we both know this. So if he was really for you,he wouldn't have done any of that" she said.

But his room...

I quickly stood up,but of course got dizzy.

"What's wrong?" Lyla asked.

"I...want to check the rest of his room. He's not here and it's not like they'll let him in here anyways" I said.

She smiled and nodded and we both walked out, closing the door behind us.

I had a really really bad feeling in my stomach and couldn't breathe correctly.

But I knew I had to do this.

I have to see what else is in there.

I unlocked the door and we walked in.

But this time it had a different smell.

A horrible smell.

Like rotten eggs mixed with..other things I don't know how to describe.

I covered my nose and Lyla did the same.

We walked deeper into the room and she closed the door behind her.

I walked over to the windows and closed them all just to be safe.

Lyla walked towards the bathroom and I went towards the closet again.

I started to feel nauseous but kept moving closer.

I opened the closet door again and screamed.

A man was right there in front of me.

Looking at me.

Lyla ran to me and held up a bat to swing at him,but he didn't move.

He didn't blink.
