Leaving america he once called home. Lived aboard the titan school ship. During hockey's promotion to offically take over us command fleet (all of them are well highly trained students to stop OZ & russians) lance went to nishizumi school to be trained by shiho nishizumi herself.
Among them are maho nishizumi. After graduating he went back to titan & became his own tank commander. He did had shiho's teachings but in future warfare he had to change it up a bit, witch shiho & maho understand.
