CHAPTER 7

"Sir, your appointment has been booked today at 10 am and Ms. Ishita will assist you" Joshua P.A. sent him the message.

Joshua seen the message and put his phone on the coffee table. It's 5 in the morning. His morning starts with the gym and end with office work. After doing his gyming for more than 1 hour, he started to get ready for his office. Before going to office he has to take her mom in massage center.

After getting ready he went downstairs to see his mom setting the dining table.

"Joshy, come I prepared the breakfast." Isabella said to him and putting the dishes on table.

Joshy sit and started to eat his breakfast as Isabella also started to eat. Joshua looked at his mom who is eating peacefully but her eyes are swollen which makes him tensed.

"Mom, why are your eyes swollen?" Joshua asks.

"It-it's nothing. I didn't sleep properly yesterday night." She said and started to eat her food

"Why you didn't sleep properly?" He asked but he got no response

"Mom, what is bothering you? Why are you not sharing anything with me? Am I not capable to solve your problems?" Finally Joshua voiced his thoughts out. He wants to know the reason.

"It's nothing like this. When the right time comes I will tell you everything for then please don't ask anything and I am perfectly fine." His mom calmly expresses her feeling to him which he listens and gets calm. He knows his mom will tell him everything if she said this.

"Mom, I fixed your appointment with Ish and after breakfast get ready okay. I will take you there." Joshua said while eating his breakfast. Isabella nodded her head

Once they were done with breakfast, Joshua sat on one of the couch in living room. He was checking his mails when he heard the sound of what seems to be heels. He raised his head to see his mom ready to go outside.

"Mom you are look so beautiful" He said while looking at his mom. Isabella never gets ready for anyone nor she go outside. She lives at her home and wears the simple clothes. Joshua never saw his mom to properly ready that's why he was all but mesmerized with her mom's beauty.

"Shut up and don't you dare to start your flirting." Mom warned him which makes him chuckle.

"Shall we leave?" He asked and his mom nodded her head. He watched her heaved a heavy sigh obviously trying to calm herself when all of a sudden, a drop of tear escaped from her eyes.

For Isabella it's scary to go outside. She said yes only for his son. Joshua wiped her tears.

"Don't cry mom. I am here. You don't need to feel scared from anyone. Your son is alive and always here to protect you." Joshua said wiped her tears with his thumb.

Joshua forwarded his hand which gladly Isabella accepted. He took a step outside from the main door but her mom stopped. Her feet stopped. She looked at the main gate. She was trying to go outside but she can't. Her foot is not moving an inch outside. She looked at Joshua who still holding her hand. He is looking at his mom who has tears in her eyes. Joshua calmly nodded to her as she nods back slowly at him.

She somehow took the step and came outside. Finally, she came outside which she didn't do from past 20 years. It makes her happy. It makes her cry but in a happy way.

"Joshy, I did it. I did it." She started to cry. She hugged him as she cries for this happy news, so they call.

Joshua hugged her tight. Just then, a tear escaped from his eyes and he is smiling over this biggest news. He is happy that finally his mom took the step from her house.
