THIRD PERSON POV
"I cannot get a hold of her aunt."
Rosa says as she again dialed Ishita's number for the 8th time 'round. Morning has already past and its already noon the next day after Ishita went to go look for Joshua. She hasn't come back yet and to no avail, they haven't had any contact with her yet. Both Rosa and the now even sicker Isabella was left all but worried sick of the young lady. They even tried calling Joshua but has not receive any response from the young man as well. Though the physical weakness of Isabella, she was yet strong enough mentally to be urged to hate this sudden change of her son Joshua. He was never of a naughty child and grew as a very much well-mannered young man. And seeing him drastically change like this was Isabella's most unexpected outcome especially now that he is married. Isabella couldn't just bear to watch as Joshua and Ish's relationship drift apart like this.
"Aunt Isabella, you cannot get up now. You're too weak to even move; please aunt just rest—"
"I cannot rest and stay bed-ridden like this Rosa while watching my children's relationship grow apart like this. They've yet to find happiness in each other, especially Ish, so I cannot just stand idly by."
"But Aunt, you are yet strong enough—"
Both were silence when Layad came in and started interrogating the older women regarding Joshua and Ishita who has not been home for so long now.
"Why is Tito Joshy and Ate Ish not coming home anymore ma, aunt?"
The innocent little girl looked up on Rosa and Isabella who's now just silently looking at each one not knowing what to answer the little lady.
"I miss them both now, especially Ate Ish. I haven't seen them in days already. Or did Tito Joshy took Ate Ish somewhere good again without telling me? Jeez that Tito Joshy! Just he waits til I finish my classes, I'll smack him big time."
Says the young lady while pouting; innocently unaware of things actually happening whilst the older women just watched and told Layad that they're indeed in some sort of vacation.
It became their routine; giving white lies to the young Layad for the next two more days without Joshua and Ishita coming home. Rosa and Isabella were most particularly worried about Ishita because she has not contacted or responded with all the calls and messages of them both. It's been three days since Ishita left the house in hopes to find Joshua and since then, she has not come home yet and there was never, not one response from her leaving both Rosa and Isabella worried sick. Isabella on the other hand has grown even more sick; not wanting to be hospitalized, she kept stern and now more like a bed-ridden patient. For some reason, Isabella felt her chest keep twitching and tightening for quite some time now. And it affecting her breathing and even her general health. It wasn't her first time feeling the tightening of her chest because she felt it even before though her thoughts were that it was just simple hitching of her breath and until now, it was still what she thought of it was.
Joshua has not come home either and has not called back never once even leaving Isabella to plant hatred towards her son. She never imagined anything near of this situation between them so she was mostly frustrated of the thought that Joshua has turned out to be a bastard husband for Ishita.
"Aunt, please. Let me take you to the hospital now. Look at you, you're so thin and I'm not waiting any longer for your health to deteriorate more than this."
Isabella kept her silence and slowly closed her eyes while breathing heavily.
"I will have to get you confined later this afternoon Aunt. I will just go fetch Layad from school okay? I prepared your meal here already and remember to call out for the maids for anything you need."
