ISHITA' POV....

I am with Joshua right now, in his car. I don't know where are we going? Well today's day went well. I never knew that at some point I will enjoy my life this much. I think I am recovering but now I need to recover fully. Wherever I am right now it's all because of Joshua. If he didn't motivate me then I would've never came out like this. He did a lot for me.

Right now we are in red light signal. I was just sitting when my gaze fell on a street food. From far it looks tempting. I really want to go there. I smiled ear to ear and looked at Joshua. He looks at me and raised his one eyebrow. I pointed my finger towards the street food and looked at there and shook his head in no.

I pleaded while joining my hands but still he said no for this. I made puppy eyes in hopes to make his heart soft. He looked at me as I notice him gulped; his adam's apple moving up and down. I thought now he will say yes but he just shook his head in no again and looked at the road waiting for the signals to get green.

I folded my hands around my chest and sit straight and looked at the road. I made a pouty face and looked angry. From the corner of my eyes I saw Joshua slightly shake his head and left a little chuckle. Just then he looked at me giving me an agreeing look.

"Okay fine, let's go" He said and I clapped my hands like a little kid.

"But it's not good for your health." He said taking a U-turn because the stall is in other side of road.

"But I really want to eat. I don't even remember the last time I ate street food." I said and made a sad face because it's the truth. From the past 5 years I never went out and even if I was in Delhi I never had the chance to eat street food.

"Okay then let's go" Joshua said and when we reached there I abruptly opened the door and came outside from the car and I can smell the fragrance of tasty food. It's an Indian food stall. Joshua parked his car and stood beside me.

"What is this?" Joshua asked and I slapped my forehead a little. How could I forgot that Joshua didn't know about the Indian foods.

"I am sorry I forgot to tell. It's an Indian stall and he is making Pav Bhaji. Well sit I will tell you in brief." I said as we sat. I ordered one plate of pav bhaji thinking that we should eat from one plate.

"So, the pav bhaji is famous in India but this dish is from Mumbai. It consists of a vegetable curry(Bhaji) cooked in tomato gravy and served with soft bread roll (Pav). Bhaji is made from a tasty and nutritious blend of vegetables, including potatoes, peas, carrots and onions. It is blended with bhaji masala, a mix spices that is similar to chaat masala but a little hotter. The bhaji is served with pav (Soft buns) As an added treat, bhaji can be topped with cheese. This is how it is made." I explained him about Pav bhaji as I watch him let his open in awe. I giggled at his antiques.

"Wow. I really want to taste this North-Indian food now just by listening." He said and the waiter served one plate of pav bhaji and it looks really tempting.

Joshua is looking at the food but I guess he is thinking how to eat this. I looked at his confused face. I took a bite of Pav (Soft bread) and dipped in bhaji and I forwarded my hand near his mouth. He looked at me for a second and opened his mouth. I made him eat the first bite of dish and his eyes are closed and I am looking at his face looking so satisfied with this food.

"How's it?" I asked him. Well I know what he will say but I wanted to hear it from his mouth. He gulped the bite and smiled.

"You know, it's really delicious. I never imagined that Indian food will be this tasty." He said and took another bite of the pav bhaji and eats as I watch him with smile. We didn't realize that we actually ate 10 plates of pav bhaji. I ate only 3 plate but Joshua ate 7 plates!
