"Hey soul?" I asked rolling over onto his leg, it was last midday and we still haven't left.

"Yes what is it?" He said looking down at me. The tv sounded from the other side of the room.

"Exactly, what is it?" I asked sitting up.

"I've been different lately, it's a, sort of, fall out." He stuttered.

"A fall out from what?" I asked sitting up.

"The first time we did the soul residence basically failed because I was too focused on hiding it." He said.

"What?" I asked.

"Depression." I tilted my head.

"Go on." I said.

"Since then I've been getting better, and once the black blood got into me I went darker into places I should never have gone to before. I left marks on myself with blades and even my scythe-arm. It was all to much at the end, ya know when it took over me, after that I've been recovering. So yes it's like a fall out." He said. He was shaking, his voice wavering in and out. Finally one small tear ripped through his strong ruby eyes and I wiped it away.

"Soul why did you hide this?" I asked.

"Not from everyone, the nurses knew, so did Stein, he gave me a medication to take." He responded taking my had into his cold hands.

"But that was new, must've been at least two weeks old." I said flipping his arm over.

"It's a relapse, Maka." He said slightly angered.

"Soul,  stop." I said.

"Maka I can't.." His hand gripped mine.

"I'm sorry then." I put my other had around his neck, and waited for his head to come up. It did and I took the chance. I took a breath and pulled his head in, our lips brushed each other as we both pushed into the kiss. I let go, waiting for his response.

"You meant that?" Soul asked blushing.

"It made you feel better, of course I meant it." I said kissing his cheek.

"Okay so I've got to meet up with someone in an hour, can we be home before then please!" I pulled Soul's shirt begging. He nodded.

"Sure, we can leave now, ill have Aunti drive us-" I cut him off.

"I'd rather walk Soul." I smiled. He nodded.

"I brought clothes, they're sitting in that bag over there." He pointed to the corner of the room. There were two bags. I grabbed the one that had my dress folded on top of it.

"And by the way, this is our room, I talked to Aunt Macy about letting me keep the room so we can visit more often." He said nervously ruffling his hair.

"Next weekend then?" I asked and he nodded. I skipped out of the room, down the hallway and into the bathroom. I changed and we headed home.
