...

"I need my supplies. A conversation for supplies is better than paying cash. It would cost a fortune. "
Midoriya sighed.

"Ha alright then.
Let's get going then, on our way you tell me what supplies you exactly need and I'll write them down"
Giran said, smiling.

"Okay then."

The two got walking, it wasn't an incredibly long distance but rather, a twisty one.

"We're here.
It's my que to leave, I'll get your supplies. Expect the delivery in about 2 days, they'll be at the usual spot. "
Giran said, waving Midoriya good bye and allowing him to enter the ominous base.

Midoriya waved back and entered the base.
It was dimly lit upon entrance.
One light barely luminated the place, only enough to be able to avoid objects but not be able to tell what they are.

All that was visible was a rusty door, it was the only thing that showed in the darkness.

Midoriya sighed, "of course."
He shook his head and walked over, ignoring everything else that could've been in the room.
He opened up the door, it scratched the cement floor as it opened up.
All it revealed was a dark room, and upon entering the door slammed shut.

Moments after the door slammed shut, a bright light luminated the entire room, there wasn't a corner of the room that was hidden by shadows.

The walls were plain glossy white, and the floor was of gray tile.
Before Midoriya sat a large marble black table, and at the head of the table was a man.
All for One.

"You're finally here"
He said, smiling.

"What the hell happened to your face"
Midoriya said, unable to focus on anything else.

"Is that how you greet your younger brother?"

"it is"

All for one sighed, "all might did this to my face.
Your "pupil". "
He said, raising his hand to his eyeless and noseless face.
All he had was his mouth.

"well that obviously means you did something to deserve it. "

"wow.
Ok. "

Silence momentarily filled the room before the both of them slightly chuckled.
Midoriya pulled out the chair that sat across from him and sat down.

"Why didn't you fix your face?
I know for a fact you have a quirk in your arsenal that could.
And if not, Dr. Garaki could easily come up with a way to reverse the damages of the fight. "
Midoriya asked, confused as to why his younger brother would keep such a hideous look.

"it adds to the super villain look that I'm going for. "

"what's the real reason"

"most people think I'm unable to see, it leads to them not controlling their facial expressions when I discuss plans with them.
I can still see though, with a great combination of quirks. "

"Had the feeling"

"yes.
Now speaking of villainy-"

"I'm not joining in on some stupid plan for world domination. "
Midoriya said, cutting him off.
"You still haven't grown up, even after hundreds of years.
You want to be a comic super villain because of a couple comics you saw when you were a kid. If that isn't stupid, I don't know what is. "

All for one sighed, "you helped in the past before, what's different now?"

"Back then I also helped heroes out at the same time.
You and Yoichi both needed help and as the eldest brother I helped the both of you.
