Elijah's Perspective

Taylor has been excited about Lover, though it won't release until summer of next year. She really does plan years in advance. Taylor is also thinking about going on tour for Lover. But that's a while away. People are still remembering that the Reputation Stadium Tour is over, it ended. Taylor has asked us about possibly going to a school. She asked us if we'd want to go to a private or public school, and we chose private for obvious reasons.

Taylor has been searching for private schools near us in New York. Me and Astrid played some video games for an hour. We were intensely playing a grand prix in Mario Kart. We both are right behind each other, only one place between us. Taylor was watching on as we raced through the courses.

After an hour, Taylor joined us in Mario Kart.
"I'm a lil rusty. I haven't played Mario Kart in a bit." Taylor said, prompting us to give her a look.
The race loaded and for being 'rusty', Taylor was doing good immediately getting towards the front of the pack.
"You're not rusty Taylor. You're already in fourth place." I spoke.
"Yeah, definitely not rusty." Astrid added.

By the end of the race, Taylor was in second place, myself in first place, and Astrid in third place. We did the remaining three races in the grand prix. Those races were close, fast paced, and intense. At the end of the prix, I placed in first, Astrid in second, Taylor in third.

Taylor then asked us what we wanted for lunch. Taylor started making our lunches.
"We should make some cookies soon." I suggested.
"That's a good idea. I haven't made cookies in a while." Taylor hands us our lunches before sitting beside us and eating her own.

We eat our food, and began to start a conversation with Taylor.
"I'm so excited to announce Lover to my fans in a few months." Taylor said.
"Well first make sure that you have many Easter eggs." I said, Astrid nodded her head in agreement.

After lunch, we decussed ways to tease the new album to Taylor's fans.
"What if you leave subtle clues in your clothes or interviews?" I asked Taylor, intrigued to hear her thoughts on it.
"That's a good idea." Taylor agreed with us. So we tried to come up with some ideas for the Easter eggs.

"What if you do a post of seven palm trees, with each palm tree representing an album." Astrid pitched to us.
"That's honestly a great idea. It's not a dead giveaway, but subtle. Just noticable enough that the fans will notice." Taylor explained her thoughts.
We kept brainstorming ideas for another half an hour, ultimately having seven ideas. We reached an agreement that there should be thirteen Easter eggs, for obvious reasons.

After our brainstorming session, we decided to play some board games. Taylor grabbed Scrabble, Monopoly, and The Game Of Life. We all played board games throughout the rest of the afternoon. The afternoon faded into the evening, and Taylor was starting to cook dinner. We all agreed on a delicious lasagna, with cinnamon rolls for dessert. Me and Astrid both helped Taylor with the cinnamon rolls. After the cinnamon rolls were ready, we started eating our lasagna.

"Your cooking never disappoints." Astrid said, complimenting Taylor's ability to make delicious meals and sweets. This caused Taylor to smile at Astrid,
"Thank you." Taylor replied. We all enjoyed the amazing dinner that Taylor cooked, sporadically we'd have a brief conversation then shift our attention back to eating our dinner.

After we finished eating our lasagna, we each took a cinnamon roll and started eating the delicious pastry. Taylor definitely would be a good chef if she wasn't a singer. We all got a second cinnamon roll and sat back beside each other at the island, before indulging in the delicious dessert. When we got full, we all went over to the couch and turned on the TV. We started watching Friends, which is Taylor's favorite TV Show.

As the evening ended and the sky turned dark, me and Astrid were pretty tired. Taylor noticed that we were getting tired.
"You can go to bed if you get tired enough. If you want to." Taylor's soft and gentle voice said. Me and Astrid decided that we'd go to bed in half an hour at most. As the end of that half-hour was ending, our eyelids were starting to feel heavier. We both bid Taylor good night, before we both went up to our bedroom and fell into a deep and peaceful sleep.
