(Because I Liked A Boy By Sabrina Carpenter)

Sapnap's Pov

"Uncle Nick!" I heard a scream from the living room.

I was at Skylar's house hanging out with everyone. Her house became the hangout spot. It was bigger than Dreams. But then again, Skylar also has her own business and needs the space.

I continued what I was doing in the kitchen, trying to find something to eat. Everything she had in here was healthy, and I was craving junk food.

"Nicholas, get your ass in here now!" Skylar screamed louder, and angrier. I rolled my eyes, and walked into the living room, stopping when my eyes fell onto the TV.

"Jessie Matthews cheated on Ace from The Rejects!" Macy's face flashed across the TV until a picture of Jessie kissing some other girl was shown on TV.

"I can't believe this. I can only imagine how Ace is feeling..." Macy trailed off and the cameras switched.

"Ace!" People screamed as she walked out of a building with sunglasses over her face. The boys followed behind her, as she shielded her head.

"What happened, Ace!" People screamed at her, and blocked her path.

"Homewrecker!" Someone yelled, and you could see the boy's clench their jaw.

"Slut! You probably gave him a reason to cheat on you."

"Now I'm the homewrecker? I'm the slut? Someone cheated on me, not the other way around, do your fucking research first, dickhead!" Harley yelled at the person who called her a homewrecker, who just stared at her.

"Ace-"

"All of this for what?" She waved her hand around motioning to all of the cameras.

"Imagine how I feel, and please give me space." The camera cut back to Macy, who was now sitting with a woman.

"We have Jessie's mother here, Opal Matthews."

Opal smiled at the camera, and I felt my heart start to beat out of my chest. Something was happening here. Something big, and I had no idea what, but it was scaring the shit out of me.

"How are you dealing with this whole situation?" Macy asked Opal who smiled.

"It's not easy. My son is an absolute idiot. Ace, is one of the most talented people on this planet. She's grown so much in the past 5 years, and I've been there to watch her grow. Jessie is so unbelievably stupid for cheating on her." Opal shook her head, and you could see the anger and disappointment on her face.

"Are you going to stay in contact with her?" Macy asked, causing Opal to laugh.

"Of course I will. That girl is more of my child than my own son is. Jessie completely ruined himself with this, it's his fault, and nobody can change that fact."

"Is this affecting your relationship with your husband?" Macy then asked, and Opal rolled her eyes.

"The reason I'm not around my husband as much is his own fault. He is so consumed in ruining people's lives instead of making them better." My mouth dropped open, along with everyone in the room, and the reporter.

"What? Your husband ruins peoples lives? Why do you say that?" Macy quickly asked, and Opal laughed.

"The Rejects were forced into their contract. Jessica Carson, Ace's mother, signed all of their names, and my husband let it happen. Dear Nick was about the love of Ace's life, that my husband ripped her away from. He crushed her, and expected her to be fine with it. I just wish I had realized all of this sooner, because The Rejects are treated terribly by my husband." Macy flipped through pages in her clipboard, not knowing what to do next.
