Chapter 24

Sapnap's Pov

The fact that I even sat in Skylar's living room, as she had Harley's concert pulled up on the TV, was beyond me. Daytona and Wilbur were cuddled up on the couch together, Tommy and Selina made a comfy looking area on the floor.

Skylar laid her feet in Ranboo's lap, and her back was against me. Rhea and Quackity sitting on the floor with Tommy and Selina. Punz and Emerald were on a date.

The cheering started as the curtain slowly was pulled up. The sparkly red two piece made its appearance once again, the red boot heels with it. Maybe I'm crazy, but I notice every little detail of Harley, and she has a new tattoo, on her ribcage, down her side a little.

"When the morning came we were cleaning incense off your vinyl shelf."

She sang, holding her microphone in her hand, it being beaded red. All of them had a color. Harley's mic was red, Dlo's was neon green, Yomar's was purple, and Abu's was orange. I knew it was either Harley, or Dlo's idea.

"Oh great. It's a song about Sapnap." Tommy said from the floor causing us all to laugh.

"'Cause we lost track of time again."

"They're basically all about him." Skylar said, throwing a pillow at him.

"Laughing with my feet in your lap."

I looked over at Skylar who wiggled her feet around in Ranboo's lap, as he just laughed. They were the best. Those two show me what true love really looks like. They power through all of the ups and downs, and they still come out holding each other's hands.

"Like you were my closest friend."

She took a step towards the edge of the stage, and people put their hands out to try and touch her.

""How'd we end up on the floor anyway?" You say."

"I'm asking the same question here, Harley." Quackity said, shifting uncomfortably from his spot on the floor.

"Your roommate's cheap-ass screw-top rosé, that's how."

She looked out at the crowd, and I knew that she was taking it all in. She loved the fans she had, no matter how she got them, and you could tell.

"I see you every day now."

She looked dead into the camera, and I laughed. I felt almost as if she was talking to me, but I knew that she wasn't.

"And I chose you."

She brought her hand up to touch the side of her neck, where my initial lay in permanent ink. I brought my hand up, running across hers, almost as if I was trying to tell her I was with her.

"The one I was dancin' with."

Harley always loved dancing with me. Whether it be in the kitchen, living room, bedroom, or a random parking lot, she loved to dance.

"In New York, no shoes."

She always told me about how she wanted to dance around in New York when she took me there. We never got the chance to have that moment together.
