Entering The Second Phase of the Exam!

"The next time will be the last one." Mera announced through the PA system. "We will have you all perform rescue exercises as bystanders in this disaster site."

"Bysliders?" Denki asked.

"Bystanders." Hagakure corrected him. "They're people who happen to be at the scene. We learned this in class, remember?"

"It can also refer to ordinary citizens, though." Momo commented.

"We will assume that those of you who have passed the first test have received your provisional licenses and test how well you can carry out suitable rescue procedures."

"Rescue, huh?" Izuku stated.

Shoji looked at the screen and noticed something. "There are people in there."

"Huh?" Sato looked close and his eyes widened. His friend was right, there were people in the area. "Elderly and children?!"

"That's so dangerous! What are they doing on the scene?" Momo questioned.

"They are people who have undergone training to be professional people-in-need-of-rescue and are in high demand right now— The 'Help Ud Company', or 'H.U.C' for short!" Mera said, introducing the workers of the Help Us Company, who were deployed there to be actors who acted like bystanders that got caught up in the chaos.

"Professional people-in-need-of-rescue?" Sero questioned in confusion.

"There are a lot of jobs out there, huh?" Tsuyu said with a finger on her chin.

"It's one adapted to this worlds where Heroes are so popular. The Marines have training to save people without these guys, though. They do it on their own." Ojiro stated.

"The people from H.U.C. have dressed up as injured victims and are on standby throughout the disaster site. We will now have you all carry out their rescue. In addition, we will score your rescue based on points and if you have more points than the benchmark at the of the exercises, then you pass. We will start in ten minutes, so please use the restroom and take care of any other necessary business right now."

"Midoriya. Does this?"

"Yeah... It's probably based on the disaster site on Kamino Ward."

"It's true that the situations are similar. Back then, we tried to get you and Bakugo away from the Villains... and stay out of the Pros' way."

"Well, we all know how that ended." He said, remembering the events of the incident, where he discovered his father before defeating him, his mentor died, and then Blackbeard showed up out of nowhere, started causing chaos but was put down by him and his brother.

"Let's do our best, Midoriya." Iida said, and Izuku nodded.

"So, that's what happened to you, Camie." Kyoka said as she looked at the girl, who held her leg in a bit of pain.

"So Himiko Toga of the League of Villains disguised herself as Uraraka and was here during the first phase of the exam?" Momo asked after hearing the story.

"Yeah. But we don't know why, though. She said something about completing a mission and that when she scratched Hot Stuff's eye, which made him bleed a bit." Camie said, looking to see a bandage underneath his right eye.

"I'm glad he wasn't injured even further. But what happened to Toga after that?"

"She just turned into a bat after some of Midoriya's blood got on her claws before flying away. There was nothing we could do but let her go." Ochaco said.

"Blood, you say..." Momo said before gaining her thoughts.

"Yao-Momo, what is it?"

"I'm thinking... This girl, Himiko Toga, you said she scratched Zuzu's face in one slash that he bled. And you also said that she transformed into Ochaco and that's how she got in. So I believe... that her Quirl has something to do with blood, and when she ingests it, she transforms into someone. Ochaco could be an example."
