"You've brought us a crazy big fist, huh, Twice?" Tomura Shigaraki said as he stood in front of the man that Twice brought, Overhaul.

Overhaul just stood there as he and Shigaraki stared at each other. "Big fish...? That's ironic... League of Villains." The man replied.

"What? Is that guy someone famous?" Magne asked as she held onto her support item.

"Master showed me a picture of him before. He's what you'd call 'yakuza'. The young bead of the Shie Hassaikai." Shigaraki answered as everyone's heads turned to face Overhaul.

"The young head of the Shie Hassaikai... So he's the number two of organized crime? Oh my, I've never seen anything like him! He smells dangerous!" Magne stated, acting like a school girl being all amazed and flustered by the popular boy.

"'Organized crime'?" Toga asked with confused look on her face as she looked up to Mr. Compress. "How's he different from us?"

"All right, let me tell you." The masked man said before explaining. "In the past, there were lots of scary groups that ran the underworld. Back then, before Heroes were a thing, the Navy took it upon themselves to handle them. But, after Heroes started thriving, they finished the job for them and the groups were unmasked and disbanded, and once All Might appeared on the scene, the currents were closed and that era was over. The survivors who hadn't been caught become designated Villain groups or may have joined up with Pirates... In other words, they were treated like Villain or Pirate reserves just scraping by to make a living under the watch of the Heroes, Marine and police. Frankly, they're obsolete and should be a protected species."

"Protected species, huh? Well, he's not wrong." Overhaul replied.

"Do you have a plan?" Overhaul asked.

"A plan? You little... You came here to join us, didn't you?"

Twice felt a little nervous and believed a fight was gonna break out.

"A goal with no plan is called a delusion. If you present me with a delusion, then how am I supposed to react? What are you going to do after you increase your forces? How do you plan to manage them in the first place? What kind of organizational chart are you trying to create?
