Already leaving? I said to Aleeyah whom was busy packing her clothes in her lugagge

What to do school needs me baby sis she said as she continues packing her clothings

A knock came from the door

Who's it i asked

Mom she replied back

Oh i said walking to open the door

Already packing? Mom asked looking at the scattered pile of clothings on the floor

uhmmm aunty yes.... she answered

Habeeba will really miss you Aleeyah mom said

Awwwn i will too ,aunty you guys are giving me goosebumps like i shouldn't leave but i have to, i have to focus on my project

All the best packing, when you are done food's downstairs .You both should eat before going your uncle is downstairs waiting for you he will take you to the airport Mom said before leaving the room

I can't wait to be enrolled in a university I said sitting in the car

Well if you really want to be enrolled in that school,you need very good grades. It's a tough one she said

Aleeyah when next shall you visit us Dad said while driving the car

Uncle whenever school permits me ,I will definitely come home

We arrived at the airport an hour later. Dad helped Aleeyah bring down her lugagges from the car boot before slamming it shut . We all walked inside the airport together,it was almost time for  Aleeyah's plane to board.

Aleeyah Dad said

Yes uncle she answered

My regards to your parents and here's  a little something to hold He said handing over an amount of money in an envelope

Uncle thank you she answered

Sis she turned looking at me .I will miss you so much she said hugging me tight

Me too I replied

Quick let go,get going before your plane takes off without you I said patting her shoulder

Bye she waved walking fast as she disappeared into the crowd

Dad let's go I said turning around to walk down the car park,where our car was directly parked and got inside

We got back in the house , said my Salam and was about entering my room when mom called me back

Yes mom I answered

Come and take a look at this she said in joy

Of course! I replied walking towards her

Look at this she said showing me different pictures of schools in her phone

I look sideways at her in confusion

She laughed ,looked up at me and said you're confused right

Yes i replied

These are some schools i got to check out just recently. Which do you love? She asked

Mom I'm perfectly okay staying in the school i am right now i said

sigh..... Look most of my friends enrolled their kids into one of these schools,they have the best facilities, environment and also very good opportunities to meet and make friends with the rich elite kids

Shut up! Will you just close your mouth! She shouted

Your dad just got promoted recently,you're his daughter yet you don't act like one. I am trying to let you have a sense of humor and identity with people you are meant to mingle with but it's like you don't seem to understand with your blockhead she kept screaming at the top of her voice

I pick this one i said interrupting her as she closed her mouth shut and her gaze on me softened

You picked well my dear,hmmmm Bright stars school it's in lekki not  too far from home. The driver will be taking you there everyday.

I am so happy baby,you choosed well She said smiling brightly

You know what's more exciting? She asked

Baheeja would also start schooling there as soon as they resume she added

Really,How did you know mom? I asked

She laughed heartily, as her voice echoed through the sitting room

Her mother's my very good friend baby ,don't forget that she said

Hmmm.... Well if Bahija is in there, i will be glad to attend the same school as well i said

Ofcourse! She will be glad having you around as well mom said joyfully

Come here she said tapping a space close to her to sit

I love you,and all what I'm doing is for your best baby she said taking me in her arm

I Love you too mom i replied

Good go upstairs have fun,your dad and i shall discuss more on this .Soon afterwards,i will go get you the school registration form to fill out
