Dhriti's POV
I walk towards Vivaan as he keeps standing in between bhaiya and bhabhi or goes to stand in between Rayaan or Sritija. I really don't think he understands that he should let the couples be alone and have some romance or maybe the concept of romance is something foreign to him.
"Vivaan, I need your help" I said and pointed towards the area of the kitchen where I was standing cutting up the vegetables and he looked at me with an irritated expression
"Now you can't even cut vegetables" he asked but nonetheless moved towards the place and I gave him a smile
"I can but just come" I said and moved faster as I saw Vritika bhabhi giving me a look and only stopped when I was faraway from her. He stopped beside me and stared at me.
"What do you want" he asked and I shook my head and shrugged.
"Nothing" I said and continued chopping the vegetables. He gave me an angry look and turned around to leave but I stopped him holding his sleeves and he turned to give me an irritated look.
"Let them have some alone time" I said in a fast way as I saw him opening his mouth and I was sure he was gonna shout this time.
"Oh" he said and looked at the people around and again moved away from me and walked towards bhaiya and bhabhi. I shook my head and continued chopping up the vegetables. I saw some utensils being kept next to me and I turned to see him standing there with all the materials he was working with.
I smiled at him and we both continued doing our work in silence while I stole some glances towards him and saw him concentrated as he worked. His tired eyes showed that he has been working a lot. I smiled as I continued working and felt sorry a bit for giving the helpers leave.
"Thankyou" I said after a while as he was now cooking the food on stove and he gave me a glance and continued doing his work without replying and I shook my head at his behavior.
"You know normally people reply with a welcome" I said and passed the vegetables to him as he gave me a look and I smiled at him
"I don't want to do this again" he said and I felt a bit hurt and my smile vanished from my face but it came the next second when I saw him look away and smile a bit too.

Sritija's POV
We all settle down on the dining table and serve the food that we made after working for do long to ourselves and I smile as I see the hot food in front of me. I was feeling hungry since so long now. I start to serve the gravy Vivaan bhaiya prepared and smiled as it looked really delicious.
"Vivaan bhaiya. This is very tasty" I said after eating the first bite and it was really the truth. I mean he can definitely beat my mummy in cooking.
"Umm... thankyou" he said as he looked at me as soon as I complimented him. He looked taken back for a second but smiled a bit as he replied and I continued eating my food
"Really you should have been a chef" Dhriti bhabhi said and Vivaan bhaiya looked proud as he ate the food.
"This is really good too" Vritika bhabhi said pointing towards the dish I made and I smiled at her and replied with a small thank-you
