It felt like a dream that, even though tomorrow comes, I'm still smiling from ear to ear. Her words and expression didn't leave my mind the whole night, and I don't know how I managed to get some sleep even though she'd been running through my mind the whole time I was in bed.
"Good morning!" - bati ko sa mga nakakasalubong kong maids. Even kay Butler Joe na tahimik ay nilapitan ko at inapiran na ikinagulat nya.
Napailing nalang ako habang nakangiting pumasok sa dining area. My heart leapt in joy when I saw my wife sitting beautifully on the high chair near the counter, busy working on her laptop. Her hair was tied in a messy bun, and she was just wearing loose long sleeves, which made her long legs appear in my sight.
"Coffee?" - she asked, which surprised me.
"Ako na.." - maagap na sabi ko para hindi na sya bumaba sa upuan nya. Lumapit ako sa coffee maker at ako nalang ang kumuha ng sarili kong kape.
Pasulyap sulyap ako sa kanya dahil akala ko kagabi lang sya mabait. Hindi ko alam na aabutin pala hanggang ngayon. First time nya mag alok ah, dati kasi nagagalit pa yan kapag nagkakasabay kami sa kusina.
"You're working?"
"Nah, I'm just checking my social media."
Lumapit ako sa kanya at pumwesto sa gilid nya. "Pwede ko tignan? May ipopost ka ba?"
She nodded and smiled a little as she moved her laptop so I could see the screen. My cheeks blushed seeing her pictures in the lingerie that she wore on the shoot.
"They sent me an e-copy, and I'm going to post it. Is that alright with you?" - she asked softly, which made me gasp.
"Of course. This is you and your account. My opinion won't matter." - I replied, and then she didn't respond.
Nabigla ako dun ha. Hindi naman sya nagtatanong dati. O baka first time kasi nya magpost ng naka ganun kaya tinatanong nya ako kung okay lang. Nag bibikini naman sya before, pero kapag naliligo lang sya sa beach at madalas pa may cover up para hindi makita ang ibang balat nya sa pictures. Ito lang talagang photo shoot nya kahapon ang pinaka daring na ginawa nya. Nang aakit kasi yung itsura nya at reavealing masyado yung style ng lingerie.
"You can just turn off the comment if you feel uncomfortable," - I said, taking a sip of my own coffee.
"So...okay lang sa'yo?"
I chuckled nervously and glanced at her quickly. "If you want to, I don't mind, but...can I choose the pictures myself?"
"Okay." - kibit balikat na sabi nya.
Lumunok muna ako bago ako namili ng pictures na pwede nyang ipost. Lahat naman maganda e pero may ibang shots kasi na ayaw ko ng angle.
"Done?" - She asked, and I almost dropped my coffee because she was near. She just spared me a quick glance before reaching for her laptop. I watch her silently as she does her job.
When her pictures were finally posted, I heard my phone's notification. She looked at me curiously, but I just looked away and pretended that it was just a work-related notification.
Nakalimutan kong naka wifi ako at hindi naka silent ang phone ko. Lumayo ako ng bahagya sa kanya at inubos na yung kape ko saka ko binuksan ang phone ko. Tinignan ko ang bagong post nya at thousands na agad ang heart reacts niyon. Napangiti ako dahil naka turn off comments nga sya. Sinunod talaga ako.
Pinatay nya ang laptop nya at bumaba sya sa high chair. Tinignan nya ako at tipid na nginitian.
"Thank you."
