Waking up and seeing your cold wife hugging you will definitely make you question if you're dreaming or not.

I can perfectly remember her saying that word last night, and now she's here on my bed, hugging my waist and resting her head in the crook of my neck while breathing calmly.
Kaya pala feeling ko hindi ako makagalaw kasi may nakayakap pala sa akin. Paano ako aalis nito ngayon? Mukha pa naman wala syang alam dahil ang himbing pa nito. Gusto ko na sana bumaba ng kama at mag asikaso kahit madilim pa dahil early bird nga kasi ako kahit wala akong trabaho ngayon.
Having her this close was too much. It's making it so hard for me to breathe, and the butterflies in my stomach weren't helping me at all to calm down.
"Cass?"
Hinawakan ko ang pisnge nya to wake her up a bit before I slide my hand down to the length of her arm that was on my waist to push it slowly away from me.
Tanging mahinang pag ungol lang ang sagot nya pero hindi naman nagising. Maingat akong bumangon at nag stretch bago bumaba ng kama. Inayos ko din ang comforter sa katawan nya at ang buhok nya na tumakip sa mukha nya ngayon.
"You don't know what you're doing. Stop starting a fire, honey.." - I whispered and caressed her cheek. "Cause if I get burned, I'll explore you and won't let you have a second chance to run away."
I lean down and place a kiss on the side of her head before leaving her so I could do my morning ritual in the bathroom.
After taking a bath and wearing my own robe, I found myself standing in front of the mirror and admiring the beauty I could see. My hand caressed my face, and a small smile crept on my lips. If anyone could see me right now, they would probably think that I'm crazy.
She said I'm pretty. I'm pretty in her eyes.
I only stop touching my face when the door of the bathroom opens and reveals my wife, who's just woken up. Her hair was a bit dishevelled, and the other strap of her nighties wasn't in its proper place, giving me a sexy view of her shoulder blade.

Pareho kaming na tigilan. Nakatitig ako sa kanya sa salamin habang sya ay nakatitig din sa akin mula sa likod. Bakas sa mukha nya ang gulat nang ma realize nya na totoong nasa loob nga ako ng banyo at hindi sya namamali mata.
"You didn't knock. Good thing I'm in my bathrobe." - I spoke gently to hide my real reaction to her look.
She looked away and combed her hair to fix her dishevelled look. "The door isn't locked, so I thought no one was inside. Labas nalang ulit ako."
"Stay! Tapos naman na ako." - maagap na sabi ko bago pa sya makalabas ulit.
I walk past her, but I feel a strong grip on my wrist, which causes me to stop and look back at her.
"Let's talk later."
"About what?" - my eyes drop down on her shoulder again.
She licked her lower lip and noticed the strap of her nighties after following my line of sight. She fixed it quickly and cleared her throat before answering me.
"About our complicated relationship with each other."
I raise my brow and turn my whole body towards her. My lips form a smirk.
"Ah, you want a serious conversation with me." - my feet move closer to her.
"Y-Yes."
My lips stretched for a smile when she stuttered. She continued backing away until her back landed on the shower door.
