"Lani." Ace called out, "Bathroom." I said, picking up my Afro comb as I began detangling my hair since I just finished washing it. He walked in and looked at my hair, "You're hair's beautiful." I smiled, "Thank you, what's up?" He snapped out of his trance, "you have a package." He said, "Open it." I said. He looked confused, "I can't open it, I'm detangling my hair."

He opened the package, it was my wig I had ordered from a black owned tiktock business. "Ooohhh yes, I can install that now." I said seeing the brown straight wig with a light brown skunk stripe in the front part.

"Okay I need you to do something for me." I said parting my hair so it can be braided to my scalp. He nodded letting me know he's listening. "Okay first the wig needs to be washed so I'm gonna walk you through those steps okay."

After Ace washed my wig I let it dry before I installed it. "Let's go on a date tonight." He said randomly, "okay, that was so random." I laughed, he smiled brightly. "I'm serious, let's go on a date."

"Okay, what time?" He thought about it, "Around eight maybe." I looked at the time now which read 4:00 which gave me four hours. "Okay, but what brought this up?" I asked. He smirked, "First reason, I'm not in pain anymore. Second, Kalias is with Luka. Third, Why not go on a date? We haven't gone on a date in a while."

"A while? I don't remember us going on one." I said checking the dry wig starting to begin the install by gluing the cap down. "We went on one, you just didn't know it was a date. I said it was to "catch up" or some shit like that and then we ended up at a hotel that night." I nodded my head remembering that night like it was yesterday.

"Also, I know I never really asked you to be my girlfriend officially so i wanted to take you out to ask you that also." I chuckled, "You just told me you were going to ask me to be your girlfriend, aren't you supposed to ask that at dinner?" He shrugged, "Probably, but we both know I don't give a damn so why not ask now. The dinner is just for later." He winked.

"See I already thought I was your girlfriend but that works. Yeah I'll be your girlfriend." He kissed my lips softly. "Be ready by 8:00 pm for our dinner reservation." I turned quickly to the door as he began to leave. "Ace." I called, stopping him in his tracks. "You already made the damn plans without me knowing," he nodded slowly, "Pretty much." I chuckled, "Now what if I would've said no." He scoffed, "I would've just canceled it." He said in a "duh" tone.

I looked at the clock that read 7:30 My makeup and dress were already on. My black thigh length dress hugged my curves as the sleeves were a little more loose. The deep V-Neck cut showed my cleavage leaving me wearing no bra. My makeup was a brown Smokey eye with diamonds trailing the wing. I taken my brown lip liner, outlining the top of my lips as the middle had a nude pink, topping it to lip gloss

I took my hot comb over my lace one last time. Now it was time for jewelry, I topped it off with Silver jewelry as the strip on the top of my heels was silver. I sprayed the scent "Dark red" by Victoria Secret before walking out the room.
