"Ace calm down, she's gonna love it." My heart raced as we walked back to the car from the jewelry store. "I-I don't know man. Does she even love me like I love her?" Darien got into the driver seat starting the car. "Look man, if she didn't love you would she have gave you a second?"

"Yes."

He rolled his eyes with a sigh, "Nigga you know what I mean." My hand rubbed against my forehead, "I know I'm just nervous."

"I understand that Ace and I'm not gonna sit here and lie to you and say you don't have a reason to be nervous because you do. This is a big ass step."

A deep sigh released from my lips, Darien's hand landed a brotherly pat on my back. "Everything will be fine."

"I hope so." I mumbled.

Walking into the house, just walking up the stairs my heart raced faster and faster. My shaking hand reached for the doorknob.

As the door opened the sound of water running hit my ears. I walked into the bathroom where the sound of running water came from, met with the sight of KaiLani taking a shower.

"Hey, baby." I said leaning in the doorway watching her beautiful curves were on display through the clear shower. Her beautiful breast sat perfectly. The water ran down her body into every crease and crevice.

She smiled softly, "hey." I smiled before walking back into the room. Before she got out of the shower I took the box out of the shopping bag and hid it in the top of the closet behind some pairs of my shoes in the very back. 

After her shower she stood looking in the mirror while applying something to her face. I walked up behind her, wrapping my arm around her waist pulling her back towards my chest while my head laid in the crook of her neck. "How was your day?" I asked, she sighed. "Tiring. I'm ready to just chill at home with my family." I hummed in response.

My heart raced even more, now that KaiLani and I have gotten together and are better than ever. I don't want to lie to her, this feels like lying to her. Even though I'm not lying about anything, just not telling her feels wrong.

She ran her fingers through my hair which calmed me down a bit. "You okay?" She asked. I moved away from her slapping her ass before walking away, "Yeah I'm fine, why?" My voice was kind of staggered when I said that.

"You seem.....off like something's wrong." Oh shit. Oh shit. She knows. She knows. Just be calm, keep it cool. I felt her eyes on me, I tried my best to avoid eye contact.

I walked into the closet to get clothes for my shower, as I did so she laid in the bed looking at something on her phone. I turned the shower on, letting the hot water hit my skin. A deep sigh of relief and relaxation fell from my lips.
