Walking over to the bathtub I ran him a hot bath with bubbles. He stripped down and got in the bathtub. While he took a bath I made a few phone calls around to a few good places I know.

Since I was practically already ready I went ahead and put my clothes on. My outfit consisted of a Dark green crop top with Dark green Cargo pants to match. My white forces were hidden under my pants from how long they were. My hair was styled in a ponytail, my black glasses sat on my face. Ace stood beside me, I looked him up and down.

Damn he looks good. He wore A white button down shirt and matching white jeans with white forces matching mine. "I have never seen a white person with clean forces." I admitted, he chuckled. "Darien said I had no shoe game and bought me a lot of shoes along with Crease protectors and he taught me how to clean them properly." And just when I thought he couldn't get any finer.

Once we walked downstairs I grabbed the picnic basket full of things I had prepared for my "heal day" that I'm just going to share. I heard voices echoing, I followed the voices until it revealed Darien and Ace. "Hey, Lani." Darien wrapped his arm around my shoulder giving me a side hug. "Hey, thanks for being here on such short notice." The man shrugged, "No problem, I also get to spend time with Kalias so I don't mind. Anyways see y'all later." He ran upstairs, most likely to Kalias's room.

We pulled into the parking lot, I got out of the car before he did since I was driving. "What's this place?" He asked, I continued walking with a smile on my face. "You'll see."

We approached the play to pay, I paid to get in. "So I need you to put this blindfold on." I reached into my purse, pulling out a bandanna that he was gonna use as a blindfold. He shook his head, "No. why?" I sighed, rolling my eyes, "Just do it, please." He hesitated before taking it from my hands covering his eyes.

"Okay step down." He did as I said. "Walk a few more steps." "Okay stop." He stopped. "Okay, take off your blindfold." Once he did his eyes widened. After a while a bright smile appeared on his face. He looked at me with watery eyes, worry washed over my face. "Do you not like it?" He smiled, leaning in and grabbing my face. His lips connected to mine passionately.

"What was that for?" I said as he pulled back from the kiss. "You were overthinking. I love butterflies, they're so beautiful. And this is amazing." He looked around at all the butterflies flying around, different shapes, colors, and sizes. He walked down the trail looking around at the different ones.

He spotted a purple butterfly, he stared at it in awe. I walked up beside him wrapping my arms around him. He looked down at me with a smile on his face and a few tears rolling down his face. I wiped his tears softly. "Thank you." He said looking down at me, "for what?" He turned his body in my direction looking down at me with an expression on his face I haven't seen before.

"I have always had a love for butterflies and was disowned by my father for it because it was"girly ". Years ago I told you I loved butterflies. I didn't think you'd remember." Our eyes met, "Of course I did." We looked at each other for a while which felt like forever. His eyes never left mine, his hand brushed the side of my face tiling it up gently before placing his lips on my softly.

Ace and I have kissed many times, this time it just felt so different. I felt.... Meaningful, passionate, loving. I didn't want this kiss to end. I didn't want this moment to end, he broke away the kiss letting me catch my breath. We both smile at each other. "We have other places to go." I began walking away when I felt his hand grab my wrist. "First let me get a picture of you." I laughed, turning around posing. He took multiple pictures. He lifted his phone and took another picture randomly. "Hey, I wasn't ready." He chuckled, "Exactly and there's a butterfly in your hair." He turned the phone towards me showing the butterfly on my hair.

We went to the coffee shop where we first met again. He ordered a vanilla milkshake that we both shared, along with chocolate chip cookies. We sat upstairs in the bean bag chairs in the book section. We didn't read though, we sat colorin the coloring sheets that were there. We talked about everything and anything.

"Alright, it's safe to say mine is better than yours." He said holding up his Dinosaur coloring sheet that was colored the wrong colors and outside of the lines. I laughed, "Hell nah mine's better." I showed him my Hello Kitty coloring sheet and my Monster high one. He stared at me with a smile, making me laugh, "What?" He shook his head with a slight rose tint on his face. "Nothing."

"I'm sorry to interrupt you but we close in ten." One of the workers came upstairs and said, She was shorter, with a few gray hairs. Wrinkled stood around her forehead and eyes. We gathered our things, on the way out of the door I heard a voice say, " The universe has a weird way of working but everything happens for a reason." I turned around looking at the elderly woman who had her purse on her shoulder on her way out behind me. "I'm sorry."

She walked towards me, " I've been around for a long time now. That young man loves you baby and something's holding you back. I can tell. Now it's not my business but the universe has a weird way of bringing two people together, because sometimes love is a cure for heartache no matter if it's platonic or romantic. If you've done the healing and work your blessings will flow like a waterfall. Just think, The answers to your questions could be right in front of you, just pay attention to what they're trying to tell you baby."

The woman locked the door before she walked away, she winked at me. "You're a smart woman, think about it." She walked away, my attention turned to a confused Ace who leaned against the car. I shook my head walking towards him. "Recommendations." I said, he nodded waiting for me.

On the way home I tried to keep myself from drifting into thought about what she said. "So did you enjoy today?" I asked, he smiled softly towards me. "Yes, thank you. I feel happier, like my inner child is happy." He looked towards me, "Thank you for that." My eyes connected to his, "You're welcome baby."
