After cutting the call, Taehyung let out a big sigh and rest his head on the edge of the bed.

Tae: Will he ever accept me? Will he ever accept my proposal? Jungkook, will you? *sighs* Maybe he won't. I won't keep my expectations high. If I'm worth for someone like him then he will definitely accept me otherwise he won't. And maybe, I'm not someone he wants in his life. It's ok Taehyung, it's ok. Atleast, you have confessed your feelings to him. Your true feelings which you feel for him. It's ok if he doesn't accept you. Although, you don't have to live your life thinking about you could have just confessed without worrying he will accept or not *sighs* I should sleep now as he said *blushed*

He said and went to bed early.

Time skips to next morning -
Taehyung woke up early in the morning, got dressed and went to office as fast as he can.

In the office -
Taehyung entered inside the office. And not to get surprised, he came before Jungkook today. Because he wants to give something as a present to Jungkook because he started joining again in the office. He bought a flower bouquet for him on his way to the office. It is a blue rose as he knows how much Jungkook loves blue roses.

Tae: Listen.. the moment Mr Jeon will step inside, tell him to come in my cabin as soon as he can. Ok? *cold but calm voice*
Emp: Sure, sir *bowed and left*

Tae: I hope you would love this surprise, Jungkook *smile*

Time skips after 20 minutes -
Jungkook has came in the office and he has been told to go to Taehyung's cabin.
He went as he has been told.

In his cabin -
Jungkook came and knocked on the door before entering inside.

Jk: Sir, may I come in?

Taehyung turned his head to see Jungkook and he hide the bouquet behind his back to not let Jungkook see it.

Tae: Uh, yes. C-come in *smile*
Jk: Good morning, sir. Did you called me?
Tae: Yea. It's just.. just- umm--
Jk: What is it, sir? Do I have to do anything?
Tae: Uh, n-no. You don't *gulps*
Jk: Then? Is there any issue?
Tae: N-no no. There isn't any issue *gulped hard*
Jk: Then what is the problem, sir? Tell me already *frustrated*
Tae: Ye-ah. Umm.. don't get mad, ok?
Jk: *furrowing eyebrows*

Taehyung slowly take his hand out from his back and hold the bouquet infront of Jungkook. His hand were shaking badly as he was also sweating, even though the air conditioner has been turned on in the cabin.

Tae: T-this is for y-you *gulps*
Jk: For what?
Tae: Nothing. Just because y-you have re-rejoined again. That's why.
Jk: *sighs* There's no need for this. I'm good.
Tae: Please.

Jungkook looked in his eyes and somewhat gave him a death glare.

Tae: P-please, it's my request. Take it as an apology too. But don't reject it *pleading eyes*
Jk: I don't wan--
Tae: Please, Jungkook. Please.
Jk: *clenched his jaw*

Jungkook clenched his jaw as he doesn't want to receive the bouquet from him. He just rejoined because there was no option other than that, and also because of his granny.
Jungkook couldn't reject the bouquet too, so he just took it without further arguments.
