"Never have I ever gotten high in class," Alec smirks at me, taking a sip of his beer, and I roll my eyes before drinking my drink. The guys' eyes turn to me, especially Dracos who holds me from the side.
"No way? How the fuck did that happen?" Theo looks impressed, and I just shrug. God, it's the least thing me and Alec have done together, and I'm not proud of it. We were both confused about what we wanted and got drunk a lot, together with drugs. I'm glad things turned out better, but knowing Alec returned to that when I was gone makes me anxious. I'm scared he is falling back.
"You still do that?" Draco asks softly. I suck in my lips before shaking my head.
"No, me and Alec made a deal to never be on drugs again..." I look up at him, noticing him looking down. Draco's hand tightens on my thigh.
"Hey, Bella," Pansy walks by us in the common room, smiling faintly.
"Hey Pans..." Draco stares at me and tightens his jaws before staring at Pansy.
"I'm glad you are back... How are you feeling?" The boys stare between me and Pansy, Draco, not looking pleased by the situation.
"I'm good... It's nice to be back with everyone." She only smiles faintly, looking uncomfortable by the guys' gazes.
"If you want to hang out sometime-"
"I'm sure she would have told you if she wanted to hang out with you." Draco interrupts her, staring with hate. Her expression changes, and she looks genuinely hurt by his words.
"Draco..." Pansy only smiles,
"It's okay, he is right. Let me know if you change your mind?" Then she leaves, and the guys stay quiet.
"You dont have to be so rude to her... She has no friends and just tried to be nice to me." Draco rolls his eyes.
"In my ass? She is best friends with a girl who endangered you, Izabella. You shouldn't forgive that," my heart beats faster.
"You mean like I did to you?" He stays quiet, just staring at me.
"I trust her and think I am old enough to trust my instinct. I dont need four babysitters to tell me who to trust or not." I stand up, leaving the common room and the boys behind.

"Well..." Theo starts, and I just tighten my jaws, seeing Izabella leave towards her dorm.
"I think she is right... We can't stop her from having friends, and if she trusts Pansy, there is nothing we can say," I roll my eyes. I know Pansy isn't a good friend. For fucks sake, she was my fuck buddy back in the day. Of course, she isn't happy with me dating Izabella, and now, suddenly, she wants to befriend her? It's fucked up, and I dont trust it at all.
We only have a few months left here, and I dont want her to spend it getting used by some whore trying to end her. Especially not when I know it will affect both of us. I spent hours talking to my mother last night about how I dont agree with an arranged marriage to Astoria. My mother understood she wanted nothing more than for me to be happy with Izabella. It's her dream coming through. But now, when the Violet Family left the mafia, Astorias family are more wealthy, which my father likes.
I won't let it happen. I would rather run away with Izabella than leave her for fucking Greengrass. But there is no way I will trust someone like Pansy when I know what's going on.
"Pansy isn't someone to trust. We all know that," Alec adds, staring at me. He knows I agree with him, and even if the others can't see it, we know what's best for Izabella.
