Nerd Himiko knocked on the door to Kaito and Shuichi's room. Kaito opened the door and flashed Nerd Himiko a large grin.
"So, you decided to go with me after all, huh?" he said. "Though...I didn't think you'd get dressed for the occasion. Shouldn't you at least wear somethin' space-related?"
"Nyeh...although I do find the subject of outer space to be exceptionally enthralling, I must admit that my affinity for such matters is far outweighed by that of yours," Nerd Himiko replied, adjusting her glasses.
"Whoa, Himiko! That was impressive!" Kaito exclaimed. "...What did you even say?" Nerd Himiko sighed and rolled her eyes.
"Nyeh...you're the massive space geek, not me," she muttered.
"Well, gee...why do you gotta say it like it's a bad thing?" Kaito mumbled sheepishly. "Well...that doesn't matter! C'mon, Himiko! Let's go teach you all about space!"
"Very weeeeeellll!" Nerd Himiko replied as Kaito grabbed her arm and pulled her to his car. He threw her inside and drove her to the space museum. They pulled up to a large, white building with a domed roof.
"Well, here we are!" Kaito said happily. "The happiest place on Earth!"
"Nyeh...I believe that is Disneyland," Nerd Himiko corrected.
"SHUT UP!!" Kaito roared. He pulled Himiko inside the building. "So, Himiko, what would you like to learn about first? The planets? The constellations? Oh, I know! How about we go right ahead to the Galilei Telescope so you can see for yourself how awesome the universe is?"
"I suppose we can start with the planets," Nerd Himiko simply replied.
"You know what you want! Good for you, Himiko! You know, you might be an astronaut like me someday!" Kaito said, giving Nerd Himiko a thumbs up.
"Don't you mean an astronaut someday, like you?" Nerd Himiko asked.
"Huh? What's the difference?" Kaito asked.
"I think you know what I am implying," Nerd Himiko asked, slightly lowering her glasses to give Kaito a pointed look.
"Grr...are you sayin' that just cuz I haven't gone to space, yet, that I'm not an astronaut?" Kaito exclaimed.
"Are you saying that I'm not a mage just because you haven't seen me do real magic?" Nerd Himiko countered. Kaito opened and shut his mouth, not knowing what to say, while Nerd Himiko continued to stare at him. Kaito laughed heartily.
"Hahaha, okay, okay, you got me there," he said. "How about a deal, Himiko? You'll call me an astronaut even though I haven't gone to space, yet, and I'll call you a mage, even though magic doesn't exist! How about it?" Nerd Himiko pursed her lips disapprovingly at him saying magic isn't real, but decided to let it go, since her magic was supposed to be a secret, anyways. She forced a smile.
